They should have something to read informing people that have lost weight or are bigger that lines will occur if using spray tanning. The girl was nice and put me in again and I had to lift my legs with my hands, which stained my palms. After I got home it started to ball up on my skin and come off leaving white areas.The pads to stand on left stain on bottom of feet. I had to rinse off 1-1/2 hours after getting sprayed. For $85 I expected better.

I haven’t been tanning in 3yrs but today I decided to stop in to see about a new membership. I was greeted with grace and a big smile by Sammy. She was amazing in assisting me with a new membership, new product and the education of the beds! Sammy was genuine, polite and professional through out it all. I’ve been a Palm Beach Tan member for years off and on but this was by far the best customer service I have ever received ❤️ I can’t wait for my next tanning session! I would rate this 10 stars if I could!

They were a little push for me to buy a package before I even tried the place. I was kind of put off and said I was just stopping in to try the place out. I didn't even try them and just left. Maybe it was solely that person who was like that but I lost interest.

Kennedy is a very resourceful and hard-working young woman who quickly figured out some computer issues that occurred. She maintained her professional demeanour, sense of humour, and friendly attitude and still served other clients' needs, all while trying to overcome whatever was causing the issue with my account. It was commendable, and I wanted the bosses to know that she is doing them proud!The facility is very nice and has a soothing atmosphere about it. There's a spacious lobby with comfortable furniture for those needing to wait, and the vibes are welcoming from the instant you walk through the door. Every space seems well kept and they appear to do a good business. How pleasant! I'm very happy with my decision to come to this salon and plan to return on a regular basis.Thanks again, Kennedy. You were impressive!

I went in for my first booth spray tan and the woman working was so kind and helpful. She spent a lot of time explaining the process to me and my spray tan looked great. I'll definitely be returning.
