My fiance and I just went in there to see what they had for our spider and when we looked at their feeder bugs they were about 50% dead. Not just dead though. Some were decaying, some were shriveled and dried, and the small amount of living ones were in the same container as dead rotting ones. We left immediately.

Blaze was incredibly helpful in assisting my fiancé and me with finding the right equipment to set up our goldfish pond. We had previously visited a specialty store and left feeling more confused than when we arrived, but Blaze was knowledgeable, patient, and clear in his guidance. Thanks to his help, our pond is now thriving!

Every time I go to this location, the customer service is very good! The employees are very friendly and easy to talk to. Clean location, however the Betta fish are trapped in tiny little cups sentenced to death. I know this isn’t the fault of management or any of the employees and is absolutely some cruel cost cutting measure by corparate :(

OMG Kyler helped us with all our aquarium and fish needs today and was a plethora of knowledge! We learned so much from him. Would recommend anyone getting started or troubleshooting aquarium needs to consult with him. We learned a lot. Also, Jack went above and beyond to follow up on a few other equipment details. Loved our experience there today!!!! Great job PETCO! 👏

Great aquatics dept at this location. Always have an excellent selection of unique fish in well maintained planted tanks. Would recommend for fish keeping aquarists in the hobby.

Vetco - You can never get hold of anyone, you can't get anyone to approve orders through petmeds, it is insane. Most inconvenient vet I have ever come across. O' Sullivan is amazing in person but can't speak for anyone getting in touch with the staff. Will be finding a new vet since I have been unable to get refill approved for over a month. Yup, a whole month. This is for pain medication for a senior dog. Without these meds he is stiff and can't move.

I took my dog Belle into Petsmart today and she met with groomer Amy. I was very pleased with the service that Belle received. Amy did exactly what I asked her to do. Belle got lots of compliments from my neighbors! I will definitely be going back again! I watched her with a couple of other dogs and she was very kind and patient with them as well! Thank you Amy

The grooming services ant the Tanasbourne branch are extremely subpar. Brought my dog in for a package that includes bath and blow dry. Once he was done and I went to pick him up, they didn’t bring my dog out, instead asked me to pay and tip the groomer first before I’d had a chance to see what kind of job they did on my dog.
Once we arrived home, we realized that the dog did not get any blow dry and still had soap on his fur. In fact, they did not even bother to brush him so I had to do it myself after already having paid them to it. Not only did Petco grooming rip me off by not including the service which I paid for, they also manipulated me to tip first before bringing out my dog.
