I bought a lottery ticket here, but I received a ticket with “Power Play x2,” which was different from what I had selected. The amount was also different from what I usually pay, which confused me. When I told the person, who seemed to be either a staff member or the owner, that the wrong option had been selected, they simply said, “No refunds. You just have to buy it.” They kept repeating that it was a machine error, but if that were the case, they should have fixed the machine or handled the issue properly. Instead, they just told me to take it and leave, which was ridiculous. I will never visit this store again. I hope other lottery buyers take note of this.

F Plaid. They refused the sell my 70 year old mother a lighter because she didn't have her ID. NUTS. Beer/Drink selection is TERRIBLE. Andhalf the time there's a sign out front saying" Be right Back". Let me tell you, THEY ARE NEVER QUICK TO COME BACK. Annoying

Whatever sorry excuse for a salesclerk you have working on 3/1/23 at noon definitely needs to be taught customer service. First time I ever walked into this place and as long as she's there I won't be back in.

What terrible customer service. My pregnant wife wanted to park at their empty parking lot and then proceed to buy something from them and a place around the corner. This was on 03/05/22 at noon.The clerk Brian yells at her for doing that - despite being a paying customer -, agrees that he's comfortable being rude to his customers "because he's had to be rude to others". Just a nasty person.I hope the owner sees this and realizes this sort of service isn't worth losing the other good reviews here.

Came in after picking up a friend at a bar with cuzzie called me decided I wanted a beer so I went in to plaid pantry to buy a 12 pack the lady said I was stumbling it would not sell me beer I have not had one beer ....

One of the cashiers that works for this store has a really weird issue with stir sticks. I would recommend using a plastic spoon instead...I know the coffee is to hot and probably melts a bit of plastic into your coffee, but the alternative is being permanently banned from the store and possible police involvement due to erratic and unstable employees.

I go to this particular plaid once or twice a day for coffee ( plaid has Awsome coffee machine) as i was leaving today cashier followed me out yelling that im 86'd and he'll call the cops if i come back! Then started mumbling how i waste stir sticks ( lol) one stir stick is inadequate i use 6-8 so the fk what? Not right! Later that day (2-1-19 at 9pm) I went and used 6 stir sticks at another plaid quick someone call the cops!
