The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and squeaky clean, with staff working hard to keep the equipment in good condition. It provides a welcoming space for everyone to work at their own pace. The location is convenient, and the dues are very reasonable and worth the price. The no-judgment mantra is not just a tagline but a reality in this very friendly environment.
This place surprised me. I went here with my sister and it was very clean and had more equipment than the 24 hour fitness nearby. They are also open much later than the other gyms in the area.

Much bigger than the sherwood location. Lots to do and lots of room.
