The store staff is friendly. I do wish that this store was more flexible in the types of clothes that they accept, especially since their shoppers range from teenagers to 50-somethings. I also wish that they would give refunds, and not just store credit/exchange when you need to return something there. They do have a good variety of clothes, and the store is well-organized, but some clothing items have stains on them.

Horrible customer service by the Hispanic lady that works there she was rude and she spoke Spanish to me. God knows what she said. She threw my items down like they were nothing when I told her I was not gonna accept the offer she made. Worst experience with the Beaverton location I have ever had. I hope that lady gets fired from her job. She does not know what appropriate customer services is

They are so judgmental on the clothes, brought 2 bags in and a box and they said no to all of it. They literally didn’t take any clothes and the workers are rude as hell.they said stains and holes when most of the clothes had tags on themI hate this location.

Not a lot of plus size, most items are medium and smaller. But really good prices and sales, I got two pairs of like new shorts for $6.50.

There is absolutely no way that these people can go through two or three bags of folded clothes, refold them, and say sorry, we're not taking your items because we're trying to keep up with current trends.... I guess unworn adidas and unworn OBOZ... Don't fit the style? Please.... They're overworked and underpaid

I was so excited to check this place out! Seems like a really cool concept but the clothes seemed really old and dirty! Everything i tried on smelled so bad or had a huge stain on it. They also don’t buy anything but super cheap clothes, so do not bring nice brands expecting a decent price. Great for reselling goodwill clothes or hand me downs though. The people who work here are also super mean and conceited. I could hear several of the girls saying horrible things about their coworkers and the customers.

I really was not impressed by their selection of clothing. It’s all really cheap garbage that you would wear with sweatpants. Honestly will probably not come back. But if you’re interested in really ugly Portland clothes or looking like a cheap street walker this place is your HAVEN.

What a disappointment. The staff are pretentious, and they say that they buy gently used items but they reject current styles in great condition. I won't be a customer going forward.

If i could give this store zero reviews i would i brought in brand new with tags still on them figs scrubs i waited over an hour for everything to be declined and then ontop of it the lady doing everything was ruder than ever telling me my stuff wasnt good enough for there store when its a second hand clothing store and they had dirty old shoes everywhere and it smelt inside i wouldnt waste your time money or energy going to such a place

Wow, most of the girls working there are bullies. Gossiping about me and my boyfriend. Went to the dressing room and got made fun of for what i was wearing. At least i was wearing clothes. We didn't buy, we will be going to another Platos closet. Absolutely rude, there was two ladies that were nice. I'm disappointed these girls hired. This will probably get taken down but it's fine just shows how fake this specific platos closet is.

Zero stars if I could. I’ve tried selling to this specific location more than twice and each time was a very unfortunate experience. I bought in multiple different high end brands, designer brands that are highly sought after. Yet for some reason they only wanted to buy my cheapest, plainest items. Interesting because while I was browsing their racks, they had god awful clothing and in much worse condition than anything I brought in. It’s very annoying and just tells me they’re too cheap or broke to buy actual nice clothes from people. Not to mention their employees are so freaking rude for no reason. People need to band together and not shop here anymore and run their company out of business. Such awful business practices, many of their locations are known to run this way as well. Ryan and Hayley stopping by shouldn’t sway your opinion either lol. Shop ANYWHERE ELSE.
