This store still has that old school customer service where they really are dedicated to helping their customers. I have been a loyal customer for years. Today, though they won my heart forever! I was missing tracking for a return that was worth several hundred dollars. The person working the desk worked so hard to locate my tracking. It wasn't easy my last name was misspelled on the receipt. I was able to get the tracking and send it to the vendor! Postal Plus saved the day. Thank you Postal Plus...for always being wonderful to work with.

The Gal that works on Wednesdays is one of these best people I’ve ever met her customer service is excellent the best I’ve seen and she helped with shipping a package with in minutes it was the fastest I’ve seen and there is no lines like the post office and she gave me all the information I need to know based on how I want to send my package what options I have with insurance and it was all done within minutes! I will always come back here!

UPDATE: The more I go to this location the better the experience has been. I appreciate the staff and their efforts and commitment to customer service so far, since my first few visits.I've been coming here for over 6 years now and have seen the place change hands twice. So I've dealt with business here with three owners. It's tough when you finally feel you've established a nice customer relation with a place and have it change drastically when new owners take the reins.Courtney (the last owner) knew customer service. She lived it. She was genuine. And it made for great encounters every time you went here for your shipping needs.Unfortunately, the customer service just isn't there now. Sure, the employees don't go out of their way to be mean or show they're having a bad day, but they sure don't go the other way either. When you enter through the doors, they do say hi, but it's not exactly welcoming.I know customer service (18 years of experience) and I can tell you, it's not difficult to hire people with great attitudes that can present themselves as pleasant. That just isn't present here. And it's not one-off experiences, it's just the employee's personalities.That's fine. I'll still use the services, but they're not doing themselves any favors by their efforts in customer relations. They need to continue the momentum from the last owners and ensure they ride that to not only keep customers coming back, but getting new ones to stay.

I have been coming here for about 2 years , The staff is always friendly and helps you out even if you didn't bring a box they will package it for you. Nancy was a great help to me , she wrapped my Starbucks mugs in extra bubble wrap laying around . Highly recommended !

Mail security concerns. In addition, Ive driven a long distance to pick up my mail just to have them hand me half of it. I then tell them that isn't all of it and watch them scrambling and going through slots and boxes trying to find my mail. This last visit, I was unaware until I had left that I had two packages for my business, not just one. They only said I had one, and gave me one, despite postal tracking showing they already had the second package when I was there, which was end of day. I don't ever leave feeling confident that my mail is secure, nor do I appreciate having to drive back to get mail they neglect to give me when I'm there. I'll be seeking another service.

So grateful to Shawn! He went above and beyond to help me. He picked up my things from a garage in Oregon (some fragile and needing insurance), packed them all, and shipped them to me in Chicago. Everything went seamlessly and he was so easy to work with! Thank you!

What is this place does, boxes, weighs, addresses your packages. It can not be responsible for a slow down in the USPS, FEDEX or UPS. Shawn is polite, occasionally funny and I think a genuine nice guy.Check all the other services this place has for people without a home office.I give it three thumbs up (if I had three!).

I used to ship here all the time with Courtney and the girls and now that it’s under new owner ship it’s not as friendly when I went in it was maybe the new owner was there and it didn’t feel like a good experience and it seems as if he up the prices on getting shipping needs and supplies done! I once came in to drop off and I asked for a receipt and he never gave it to me.

This is a great place to get your mailing done. They can do everything USPS, UPS ,FedEx, copies ,faxing Packing, even mail boxes ?
