The shipping is quick and free! They put tape and tape your label to your package for free compared to other companies charging you or making you buy the tape.

I had such a great experience at Postal Annex! The staff was friendly, professional, and super helpful from the moment I walked in. They went above and beyond to make sure my package was packed securely and shipped out quickly. I really appreciated how knowledgeable they were about the different shipping options. Saving me both time and money.
The store itself is clean, organized, and has so many convenient services under one roof. From shipping to notary to office supplies, it’s a one-stop shop that makes errands so much easier. It’s rare these days to find a place where customer service truly stands out, but Postal Annex definitely delivers. Highly recommend!

I am not sure if it’s the place, or the workers, but three different times in the past week and a half, I’ve been charged three different amounts for the same exact thing. This is the last time I bother with this place. There’s another place over at Progress Ridge, unfortunately, this place has the extended hours.

Not good at all.. this Carlitta girl taped my package and I can’t even explain how terrible this was! Paper was just crinkled.. not flat, it looked horrible! I paid 4$ and sent a PDF of my packing slip and my label. She only prints the label and acts oblivious to the PDF that is RIGHT NEXT TO IT!! She says “printing packing slip must be an ups thing” like what? No I run a business I know how this works. I need a packing slip. I ended up paying and just grabbing my package and walking out. I did not trust that lady with my package.

dropped off usps packages here twice, both went fine. one was to latam and had no dropoff fee. another one was for a friend a few states away and required a $1 dropoff fee. just thought i'd note considering the other reviews mentioning fees & also the fact that these instances were only a couple of months apart.

Not too happy. I pay a lot of money to have a P.O. Box here. They claim to be open on the weekends but every time I’m expecting a package it always ends up notifying me “unable to deliver” because they are closed and I cannot get my packages when needed.

Daniel was great. However, to charge 3.95 to print a label that the recipient is already paying for is absurd. I understand that being a 3rd party has it's limits but 3.95.
And 6 for a box.
I'm sorry but this is the last time I will ship from here.
I should have gone to ups direct.

Rude as heck
Can’t do their job! It’s a simple job description but yet they somehow fail to do 2 simple tasks! SHIP AND RECEIVE AND HOLD MY THING FOR $5!!
One week they tell me they have my package and 5 days later they tell me that they don’t have it!
AVOID THIS HOLE IN THE WALL!!!!! I hate ups for sending my package there!

I go here almost every week to do some sort of return or misc. need. Staff is great and super on top of it.
