The staff here have consistently provided amazing service every time I've visited, to the point that even though there are closer stores to me that I can ship items out of, I still go to this location in Cedar Hills. They are always so helpful and friendly, even when it's busy. Kathy takes the time to actually see if my items fit into a smaller box so I don't have to pay as much for shipping. You rarely get pleasant and friendly service these days at mail stores, so it's very refreshing and nice to see it at this Postal Annex. Thank you for all you do.

Wow. Never been treated so rudely by the guy that works there. Older guy, named Scott. I think maybe he owns it too. Super short, disrespectful, rude. Not sure why, since I literally was there to pay money and use his services and was nothing but respectful to him. Will literally never go here again.

These folks are incredibly accommodating. I've never had bad service from them. They take almost any kind of shipping, including USPS returns for vendors. I had to return something to Tamu, which seems to be a common occurrence, and they didn't even blink. No need to go to the post office. They're just so informative and helpful!

This location is WONDERFUL! No matter who is working they always go above and beyond. We come in to ship at least once a week and they also make it easy and enjoyable. They all make you feel like you are their only customer even if they have a line out the door. Thank you!

Not sure of the name of the woman who was working Saturday Oct. 14th during the evening, but she was just lovely. Even though I walked in just a few minutes before closing with a large bag of shipping and got at the end of the line after a few people who were clearly running late like me she was friendly, pleasant, and helpful. The lights were already out, that’s how close to closing it was. Being someone who has worked in the service industry I can say that it’s not fun to have stragglers blasting through the door two minutes before closing. Shifts are 8+ hours long and at the end of a shift you are exhausted and sooo ready to go home. I was feeling pretty guilty when I walked in but I had to get my things shipped THAT DAY and couldn’t come back Monday. She was a delight and I felt no stress from her whatsoever. And to boot- I had to call today to ask a question. The same woman picked up the phone, was very pleasant, and remembered me. That is excellent customer service.

I rented a mailbox from this place and service was below expectations. They don't have Informed Delivery so you don't know what's in your box. When you close the box they don't have mail forwarding so you have to make a trip to the Post Office (cant forward mail from Post Office website). Worst of all is if you have packages delivered there you can only pick up during business hours because they don't have lockers and they are not open Sundays.

Always so friendly and kind. I had a difficult time figuring out shipping and box size for a very fragile item and Kathy was so helpful with narrowing down the box I needed and went the extra mile to make sure shipping wasn't astronomical. She was all by herself but managed to multi-task quite a few customers coming in. She is Amazing and Customer Service was Above and Beyond. A+

Have had a box here for several years, all down hill with new ownership but mostly rude employee Kathy - who kicked me out of the store because my 4 month old puppy who just had surgery barked. She said my dog was mean and she was “helping a paying customer” ????? I am also a paying customer - I told her I would put my puppy in the car so they would feel more comfortable, which I had no problem doing since I just needed to get my mail, and check when the box renews. I did that came back found out the box renews in august I asked to close it and have my mail forwarded - she said I couldn’t close it or have my mail forwarded because my husband is primary she turned the computer monitor around with all of our personal information on screen facing the other customers to make her point that my husband was primary. I asked if I could just have my mail forwarded and she said no I have to call the store ?? I said but I’m here in person why do I need to call? She said she is not dealing with me the owner can, I said I needed my mail she refused service told me to leave because I did not have id and she did notKnow me.. but she knows me and she showed all my personal info when she was pointing out my husband was primary .. I said I will get my id - I return with my id and she only gives me my mail (not my sons who is also in the box or my husbands) and she does not give me the multiple packages I have there she’s too busy helping the same man that couldn’t figure out what address he wanted a dhl package delivered to. I pay for their service I have been a customer for years. on several occasions they have lost my mail don’t check it in. Missing prescriptions especially Kaiser mailed there for us. Do not recommend them
