Went in yesterday to mail out a package at 5:40pm and they closed at 6pm. I was told they closed their registers early. Then you should probably close at 5:30pm. Never going again. Bad customer service.

Waited in line for a passport photo for my baby. The lady basically said she doesn’t like to do passport photos on babies because they move too much. That’s your job, to take the photo. Went somewhere else no issues, not giving any of my business here.

The Postal Annex people at Cedar Hills Walker Center are very friendly and helpful. There was a complicated issue with a package sent to another country, and they made it right for me. I appreciate their customer service. I highly recommend them and will go to them for my future mailing and shipping needs.

I am a virtual mail customer. I had an issue with a misplaced package and was pleased with the professionalism and customer service from the Owner, Cathy and Issac. The personal effort they put in helped me greatly. Great work and customer service! I recommend this Postal Annex location.

This location accepted a package that they claimed wasn't there because I didn't have a PO box. The person who helped me was extremely rude and dismissive. The package is lost now (despite them signing for it). I would do everything you could to avoid shipping here.

I spent $370 to send 4 international packages, my question was very clear, do you ship DHL to DHL (because this is the most secure and safe way to ship) and I was told yes over the phone, so I went into the store, I stated I need to ship these packages DHL to DHL, yet I was presented with other shipping methods that was confusing to me. I chose USPS because the person helping me said it would be delivered to DHL (I am not an expert on this so I went to the experts and told them what I needed). It is now 2 months later and all the packages are NOT at the DHL locations. I called the owner of the store and I was brushed off and asked to keep waiting... I know the packages are not going to be delivered, this was never going to work out but I really would have appreciated a little more guidance from the person I spoke to but she was more worried about closing the store to go to lunch. She was nice, but in a hurry and this could have had a better ending.

Called and put on hold for 10 minutes, arrived at store still on hold, employees are chatting in the back of empty store. Stood with packages at front for five minutes. Walked out. Empty store the whole time.

I’ve often used postal annex, and this location several times, it is close to my home and convenient. However, after the attitude I received from the staff today and their refusal to help me because they were closing in three minutes was absolutely absurd. I came with my package Sealed and ready to be delivered. The door was unlocked. It was before 6 o’clock closing time and I’m told by the two individuals working there that they were closed. When I said it’s before 6 o’clock they said it didn’t matter. They were closing already just come back another time. I’m on my way to FedEx now And won’t be coming back.
