Excellent work and perfect customer service for me.Yes, it would have been nice to have the work done faster but they repaired my truck perfectly and were responsive to all my questions.Price was in line with expectations. Not cheap but worth it IMO

I recently visited Precision Body & Paint of Beaverton for some repairs on my car, and I was thoroughly impressed. They were quick to give my car a detailed estimate, and they were efficient throughout the entire process. Not only did they provide a competitive quote, but their professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. I felt confident in their expertise, and they completed the repairs in a timely manner. Overall, a great experience, and would highly recommend them for any car repair needs.

my husband George recently took our Volvo in for rear left bumper repair. Despite a very busy day, David personally met us for inspection and decided to try hot metal manipulation. It worked and when I asked for the bill he said no charge because his repair was immediate and fair to the customer. Rare in this fast-paced auto repair world. Thank you Precision

Stay away. My partner and I stopped in for a quote on some simple window trim repair after a break-in. I was left feeling that this is not a reputable body shop. I am leaving two stars only because I was given a refund.Red flag #1 - Precision charges $75 for a quote. While they will roll the $75 into shop credit *if* you decide to work with them, this is an outright scummy practice. It's always a good idea to get multiple quotes on big jobs (like body work) and this is an obvious attempt to stop you from doing that.Red flag #2 - the provided quote. Randy was nice, but completely ignored our requests. Despite only wanting the window trim replaced, Randy started suggesting that we repaint the drivers door (comical given the state of the rest of the car) and insisted that we needed to clean the vents (lots of labor hours disassembling the dash). He even tried to create FUD around the vents - what if you turn the defroster on and glass flies everywhere?! We tried. It didn't. Trying to scare your customers into unnecessary work is bad business.Red flag #3 - the complete lack of communication after collecting our money and providing us with a quote full of unnecessary work. We requested a revised quote for the door trim only. After Randy replied acknowledging that he would provide a revised quote, he ghosted us. We tried emailing and calling and received no response. We eventually called and requested a refund which arrived in the mail a week later. The work onsite looked just fine, but there's absolutely no reason to patronize this business. There's no excuse for a shop to take your money (for something that should be free) and then refuse to call you back.. and that's before considering that these guys are just looking to milk your insurance for every dollar they can.

Precision was able to get my vehicle in sooner then I expected. The staff is very friendly and I was updated throughout my vehicles repair. I was happy to learn that Precision follows manufacturer specifications so I knew my vehicle would be restored to the highest quality. Working with David Andres and Sarah Zimmerman was an amazing experience and I will always choose Precision because their expertise. They were able to make a stressful situation a pleasant experience.

Feel like a scam. Scheduled for an inspection that ended up got charged for $50 and was told it would be applied as payment if we decided to go with them. Later found out the insurance company did not approve them as legit vendor, the tech told us it would us cost more out of pocket if our insurance does not agree to their estimates! We ended up not getting the repair done by them and out $50!!! SCAM

I was very grateful when precision took my car as a tow in after I had an accident running over a large curb. Many places had turned me down quoting me 3 months or more before they could take my car. Precision took it much quicker and gave me a realistic time frame of when it would be done. The staff specifically David did a wonderful job of communicating any updates going on with my Subaru. The people at this shop are honest and go above and beyond to take care of their clients. I would recommend this shop to all my friends and family.

With $75 fee to even look at the scratch or dent made me take my trust elsewhere. Felt like I would be paying 2 interns, 3 secretaries and 0 techs. Look elsewhere, no surprise this place is overpriced for nothing...

My parked car was hit by another driver early April. Randy and team got estimates taken care of promptly and got the car towed in for repairs. They were able to squeeze the car in an open window which moved a late may start date into a late may repair date; was almost done the first week of May but final QC showed a wiring harness issue.Communication was amazing and follow up updates were prompt. Even when I picked the car up and issues arose the following day, Randy and team were quick to get the car returned for diagnostics and repairs and was able to turn that work around in a few days. The car came back clean inside and out and looks good as new. They even ensured that any further issues arose related to contact them for their lifetime service warranty. Great values all around and highly recommend Precision for your auto repairs. They don't accept Geico btw.

Run. Do not take your car here. These jokers started work on my Audi in mid-March 2023. I called in late March to see when my car it would done. They said “soon.” Several days passed and no call. I called and then they gave me an update of April 12. That date came and went and now it’s April 29. They just completed work on my car. No one communicates. I had to continually call and hound them for updates. Everyone at Precision seems to be asleep behind the wheel. No one seemed to care. No apology given for continual delays.

I DON'T RECOMMEND using Precision Body And Paint...anymore. Up until approximately 2 years ago, Precision was timely, communicative and up front with their costs and the work being done on the car. Since then, a lot has changed. They now charge $50 estimates, which does go towards the repairs, so not a big deal, just something that's changed. However, my car that was supposed to be there for 2-3 weeks was in there for 9 weeks! I understand things happen and we live in a post-covid business era, but throughout all 9 weeks, I never received communication unless I personally initiated it. When 3 weeks was up, I called to ask when I could pick the car up. They gave me a run around answer that eventually turned into another 3 weeks. After those 3 weeks were up, I asked what was going on. They stated they found more damage and when comparing the pictures, sure enough, they had missed damage. No apology or admittance to missing it, not even a phone call. I also didn't receive any paperwork on the damage until after I called, asking why my car was still in the shop. For two small dents, they asked for $1800! They also took my car apart without my approval, making it difficult to not take it to another auto body shop for repair. Their labor/hr is now 75/hr, $10/hr higher than anyone else in the area (minus one other shop I had called...this was out of about 10 shops in the area). They do not use any aftermarket parts and basically tell insurance "you either pay our prices or the client will" instead of working with the insurance. They call insurance **once** and then let weeks go by without follow-up. The insurance company stated they are charging 2-3 times the amount of hours they should be charging for a job. I also ended up having to play "middle man" to negotiations with insurance because they told me the insurance wasn't willing to negotiate, which was untrue. One of their employees, Stephen, first told me he would be willing to work on the price with me, and at the next visit, told me he had "never said that." His manager did not apologize nor follow up with me about this. Instead, she kept repeating she hadn't talked with Stephen, yet. We were able to get a couple of things taken off but that seemed to be more from the effort of William, which he was very professional and respectful the entire time. Stephen didn't return ANY of my phone calls. Precision, with the exception of once over many weeks, did not return ANY of my phone calls. This was a very difficult experience, making a car accident that much more difficult to deal with. Jennifer, the receptionist, however, was helpful and gave out information and advice to us. We ended up having to go down in person any time we wanted something accomplished. Stephens manager, Jennifer (not the receptionist. They have two Jennifers) was argumentative and defensive, which was never our prior experience with Precision. Do not expect good customer service from this location in Beaverton, off Canyon Rd. They will take you for an agonizingly painful ride that will cost you thousands beyond what you expect to pay!

I brought my vehicle in for repair on 2/21. The entire process was a nightmare. My car was at their shop for over two months. The shop never reached out to me via email or phone ONCE to communicate progress made on my car or to give me updates. They pushed back the date my car would be ready to pick up multiple times. When I called them to inquire about what progress has been made and when my car would be ready the woman who was the estimater was short with me, rude, and acted like I was an inconvenience. When I was finally able to pick up my vehicle yesterday there was a discrepancy in the amount my insurance paid. This discrepancy was about three hundred dollars. Since I was not the at fault driver I inquired about this issue. They estimater/claim processor could not provide a clear answer regarding why there was a discrepancy. I have used this body shop multiple times before. The repairs are well done. However, this shops terrible communication and poor treatment to its customers is enough for me to never return. If you want to feel like a valued customer and want to know what is happening during the repair process, DO NOT bring your vehicle here!
