Our two year old tv went out and we called Pro TV to help. They came over to pick up the TV at our house within 30 minutes of our call. These folks are great and we highly recommend them in customer service and technical ability.

I brought in my five year old 55" Samsung6950 4K UHD Smart TV because the main board died. I was told they had the part and could fix it for a total of $185. When I finally got the tv home it would no longer connect to my internet. I was told by Pro TV that I would have to contact Samsung to fix this problem. I did and we figured out that the TV had been repaired with a part from an older model (6900) which would not connect to my internet. When I told ProTV this he offered to try to repair it again, he tried, same problem, same old part. He then said it was probably my internet provider's fault and I should contact them. Nope, I have another Samsung and it works fine...it was the old part he used. ProTV offered to get the correct part but it would cost me close to $300. If he had told me this at the beginning I wouldn't have bothered trying to get it repaired, but now he has my $185. ProTV offered to refund me $80 and remove the part but I declined. ProTV said it wasn't their fault that my TV wouldn't connect to my internet, they had fixed the "No Power" problem and that was that. Not really standing by your work. I cannot recommend this place.

I called to verify they would look at my TV, and that they closed at 6pm. After driving thru rush hour trafic for an hour, I arrived at 4:30pm only to find that they had closed.

Horrible customer service. Firstly I was greeted rudely on the phone, second when I asked if they were able to do a quick diagnosis on a device for a warranty claim I found out that they charge $120 as opposed to $50 for a regular diagnoses. A simple letter of non repair for a difference of $70. That's ridiculous. Not to mention the person on the phone giving me a lecture about how they have to pay rent and things don't come free in life.

Pro Tv Repair is a MUST if you are having an issue with your TV. Located in Beaverton, they have easy parking and a welcoming staff. My tv’s screen went black and after trying everything I could to bring it back, I called Pro TV repair. It is a $35 diagnostic fee which will go towards the repair service when the diagnosis is determined. Mr. Hilario was kind to bring my tv into the shop. He wrote up a ticket and told me that I would hear back on the diagnosis later in the day. A kind lady called a few hours later and told me that the LED backlights were out and they could be replaced. My total was $175 and had my tv back all in the same day! So much better than spending hundreds of dollars for a new one when the problem was totally fixable! Less waste in the dump and support a local business!

This service was so great! My only half the screen was visible and it was returned to me working like it came fresh out of a box in only a few days! The customer service was great and easy to work with, very straight forward. Our screen was even cleaned and the edged os the TV nicks and paint marks were cleaned! Truly a great experience!!

75in tv backlight went out. Hard to find tv repair shops these days! Super friendly, super knowledgeable. Owner has been fixing TV's since 1997! Price was fair and work was done quickly. 100% recommend, especially if you have a large set because cost to repair was half of what it would cost to replace! Good as new!

This place is fast efficient fair and offers good customer service. Centrally locates but tucked back in off the main road so it’s not too hard to get in and out. Nice husband and wife team who fixed my issue in 45 minutes. Can’t beat that

It took a few weeks to get the parts but once in they fixed it and even helped with a power cord for my son when he picked up. We suspected it was the back light which is what it was.

We brought our tv in to fix an issue with it only responding to the remote about 15% of the time. They decided right away to just replace the motherboard. This seemed odd since the system worked fine it was just the an issue with the sensor. (yes i checked the batteries, and bought a new remote before bringing it in) the issue was not fixed. We brought it in 2 more times. The 2nd time, the guy acted like it is working just fine. Could not seem to understand the issue. Third time, they had no problem seeing the issue. Kept it over the weekend and re-replaced the motherboard. Still no change. I am not even sure if they did any tests or if they just default to a fix all "replace the motherboard" cuz it did not work. I still have a tv that does not work right and now i am out the money since they will not refund me. They will only let me bring it back for them to try again. I am just going to buy a new tv.
