Beware of Providence Health Plan. After switching to a health plan with another carrier, they were billed in error by my pharmacy even though I had updated my insurance. Providence erroneously paid the bill. They are now taking me to court over a year later for their mistake. Avoid this company at all costs.

How is it I work for providence I see providence providers but I'm spending 150 for simple visits like an ear infection for my daughter or act scan for flank pain. Trash ?️
