9/18/25 update: Emptied my unit after the 3rd or 4th rate hike. $181 for a 10x7? Bye
It gets a star back for being able to cancel within the app.
They really do just want to churn through ‘customers’ charging as high as they can until you either stop paying or move out.
Used PODS for 6 years, had 1 price increase that entire time.

I needed to get an additional unit, because the unit I originally got wasn't big enough, so Logan was able to find one for me, not far from the original one. He was very helpful, Thank you Logan.

Arbitrary price increases and water damage are their only real guarantees. I have 3 units and my rents have more than doubled, while stuff gets destroyed a little more every time it rains.
Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

I deal with people in a customer service roles daily in my line of business and the last thing I do is write Google review however , my experience with Logan at the storage facility was more then one would anticipated or expecte from the phone call to meeting him in person was nothing but a delightful experience, Logan was professional and the helpful attitude of what I was needing was really a breath of fresh air (after a day that was less then perfect)

Mike at Public Storage was a HUGE help to my husband and I. He went above and beyond in showing us a 10 x 10 unit, explaining the entry and parking processes, and reviewing the storage hours. We chose not to visit another storage company because Mike was so honest and thorough!.
