The location itself is convenient and well-kept, and I want to acknowledge that Robin, the manager, is an absolute delight to work with — professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with Barbara was the complete opposite. Every interaction with her has been unpleasant; she is consistently condescending, dismissive, and unhelpful.
It’s disappointing, because this facility could be a great place to store your things, but dealing with Barbara makes the experience stressful and frustrating. Management deserves credit for being friendly and professional, but Barbara’s attitude really brings the entire experience down.

I use this place. Prices always go up after a couple months so always be ready for that. Plus this place is really dark no lights on the units. At least mine anyways. Rates seem high too me for a run down storage spot. No bathroom at all here so good luck.

If not for the price and convenience; would be no stars.
Received at least four notifications of the location, need to check in with ID, and business hours; arrived at 9:45am as the hours were listed 9:30am-6pm, no one was at the location. Called number on the door, no one answered; left voicemail. Called Public Storage corporate, five auto prompts and SCREAMING agent on repeat for two minutes, later, I finally get a human who has no advice. I have to go through two other humans before I can convince someone to call the landlord; they then inform me there is someone at a nearby location waiting for me.
Once I secured my unit, I had no issue accessing the unit; however, I called about the lock I was to be issued at arrival, and no one responded, another VM left.
Once back on the property (12:30pm), the moving truck could not get to the unit, and GUESS WHAT, the back gate was only accessible by the desk agent, who was STILL NOT PRESENT. Left ANOTHER VM.
In the unit I found rodent repellent and a lock on the ground; proceeded to trust an all cement storage unit with no food in it would not invite further vermin...sigh.
Truck negotiated the turn with two person assist, and managed to get to the sight, leaving took 20 minutes and a three person assist. I can't ditch them because I have to code them out of the exit (maybe a star for these hyper secure gates).
NOWHERE on the site, or in the fifteen emails received in the reserving process, did it say, report elsewhere to check in, there is never staff on site at this location, you will not have direct access to a live person DESPITE requiring a live person to complete the rental, you can reach a live person one mile east, moving trucks may not have room to maneuver, etc.
To top off the lovely day; I get a call after 5pm from the landlord, who started the conversation with, well first of all, we have no posted hours. I'm sorry sir, I say, but I had not one, but two texts advising I could check in during business hours, which are listed IN said texts as 9:30am-6PM. LOUD response, we haven't had anyone there full time in years! Me: Well, you have no notifications going to new customers of where to check in with a live human, what your hours are, or that your property can't be accessed by everyday sized moving trucks. Him...Silence. Me: So, you're sorry, right? Grumbles an apology.
This was an emergent move need for a client; otherwise, I've be demanding my funds back and delaying the entire move at Public Storage's expense.
That said, the site was easy to access once registered (an hour of my time billed to the client which should be paid by Public Storage, frankly), and only $50 after all the erroneous charges, which make no sense given NO ONE IS ON SITE, for the first month...hoping to be out before the second.

Rates are never consistent and keep raising every month. When asking the desk lady about it, she was very unpleasant and unprofessional. If she was just having a bad day, it did leave a distaste in our mouths and we are looking for other storage

Experience has been surprisingly simpler than expected beings that everything is automated. When I needed to actually speak to a human a customer service representative a call away and able to assist immediately. I’m completely satisfied and highly recommend them.
