Very easy access to ur storage unit they have carts to load ur stuff on so it’s light work and it’s a very clean place they also got a bathroom

I had a huge issue with the lock on my unit and was totally at a loss for how to fix things. Kim was AMAZING at talking through my options and helping me work out what the best solution was. She was kind and empathetic, but also did not make any promises that she couldn’t keep, which I really really appreciated (since it helped settle what the best solution was). She turned a stressful time into a good experience and was above and beyond helpful and kind. Thank you, Kim!!

The main reason I'm annoyed is that, once I notified them that I was moving out, I left a VM with the manager. But never heard back. They were usually very responsive before this. And I was informed by another worker on the property that I wouldn't be prorated, despite leaving at the beginning of the month! The gate security and app were convenient. But the access to my unit's building was constantly unlocked and only propped open by a rock. The light bulb blew out in my unit, which was just plywood, and it was never replaced. The elevator broke down more than once in the one year I was there. They also tried to raise my rate $30/month??? A 34% increase?? This was after already having the rate increase from my initial promo rate. I found a much nicer facility, closer to my house, and I'm paying also half of my ORIGINAL RATE with Public Storage.

Kim was very nice and extremely helpful getting me started with my dad new rental. She gave us a tour of the place before we decided to sign up and walked us through all the on-line sign up procedures. She the best manager.
