Love the space. Huge drive in space and very clean. Great to access. Saw great reviews. Moved stuff from each coast because facility started increasing rent rapidly every year and was far over normal monthly rental for new unit. This contract doesn’t specify a yearly change, just a right to change with 30 day notice in contract. After 5 months was just informed of over 30% increase. Of course, now seeing this and knowing they have reserved the right to do it anytime with 30 day warning, starting to look for another option and move it again before we get shipped overseas without options. Can’t afford rent increases of this size on this timeline. Excellent option for several month storage, not considering it a good intermediate term anymore and definitely not longer term.

Fred was fantastic! Best storage experience I have ever had - makes me want to be a long-term renter. The space is new and clean and well designed. This is definitely the best storage space in the Beaverton area. Great service!

Interior lights only stay on like 20 seconds then you have to move outside, in the dark mind you to reset. Plus, it’s not the cleanest storage about.
