The experience at Rainbow Nails was horrible. We were there for a shellac manicure. We were rushed in, no soak provided for the hands. We were asked to wash our hands on our own and were constantly badgered to come back and offered discounts/add ons the entire time the tech was working on our nails. The massage was non-existent. We went in for a Shellac manicure and it was the worst possible manicure one could have. I would not recommend this place to anyone else. I see the other reviews and wonder how we could be talking about the same place. Not sure if the management changed. Really disappointed with the service.

First time was no Bueno. Asked for Ombré and got spotted nails after sitting for over 2 hours. Ended up just getting everything removed and will try another place.

I’ve been following Ti and Linh for over two years now, and they consistently do a fantastic job with my nails. I’m very picky and particular, but Ti always knows exactly what I want, and I’ve never had a complaint. She is a true professional who genuinely cares about her work. My nails are always in perfect shape.
After my recommendation, many of my friends and family now get their nails done with Ti and Linh as well. I highly recommend them!

Ty, my nail tech, is absolutely the best. I've been with her for over 10 years. If they are running a little behind, I always get offered time in the massage chair. Love this place. ❤️❤️

Always a wonderful time every time I come here. The ladies have made every dream design come true. The staff are very friendly, and remember their customers so well. 10/10 experience!! Also, Thi did amazing on this set. ❤️

Lynn!!!
She was literally the best nail tech I have seen or gone to in years.
She gave me my confidence back even just in a small way. ?
I was previously traumatized by a nail technician who made fun of me for having shorter nails (I have an anxiety disorder) and in a moment of weakness, I had bitten my nails - It makes me feel awful having shorter nails and to be able to feel really seen / supported by Lynn telling her my story - I trusted her, and she redid my sad short little nails and made me feel a thousand times better - 10/10
Best massage! Super cleanly !
Just a really, really really excellent job.
My shape was well executed-she killed the little heart details I had asked for. It took her time to get the shape-no bumps or lumps, just beautiful nails.

It's been quite a while since I've gotten my nails done I need to go in and have them didn't down just a little beside that quality was good company was amazing ??? the staff was very welcoming engaging my appointment was at 4 p.m. and I was helped at 4 p.m. which is great because I don't have a lot of time has been going through a lot of medical issues right now in my time and energy level has to be used sparingly as I said before engaging I felt as a genuine concern when explaining my health issues in what I have been through in the past year it's great that someone in this day and age actually will lend caring ear thank you for more than the Nails.... I will be back thanks again Michelle Ramirez
