My dishwasher was leaking water all over the floor. My usual repair company could not come out for 2 weeks. I called Redline and Alex came out same day, clearly explained the problem and the cost to repair and gave me a fast turn around. He was going to order and install the part in 3 days. Unfortunately the ordered part was defective so another was ordered and rushed. All was completed within a week. Alex is the owner and is professional, knowledgeable and very fair. Lana answers the phone and is a gem!! And they have 24/7 service if needed.
I highly recommend Redline, I know I will definitely call them in the future!

I was truly impressed with how quick and professional Alex was with our washer issue. He was on time, focused, and gave me a good summary of the issue and options to fix the unit. It's hard to find good companies for this sort of work, but I will absolutely go back to Redline in the future.

My Frigidaire refrigerator is 27 years old and has worked like a charm until recently. When something went wrong and the refrigerator and freezer weren’t staying cold, I called redline based on the reviews. Alex came out and did a fantastic job pinpointing the problem, ordering the part and came back 2 days later to complete the repair. I am so happy to have my dependable, older refrigerator working again! Thank you Alex!

Really happy with the service I got. My fridge suddenly stopped cooling and I was honestly expecting the worst. They sent someone out pretty quickly, and it turned out to be the compressor. The tech was great—friendly, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. They replaced the compressor for a really fair price, especially compared to other quotes I got. It’s been running perfectly since. Definitely recommend these guys if you need solid appliance repair without the usual BS.

Call many appliance repair company and their diagnostic fee from $99 to 249, some even cannot waived to the repair fee.
Redline only charge $70 for diagnostic fee and can be waived to the repair fee. Come on time, fix the Jenn-air cooktop quickly and the most important is the very reasonable charge. Highly recommended and will refer to my friends.

Alex came out and took a look at our Samsung fridge's icemaker that wasn't working. He offered my solutions, knew the product in and out and was very responsive with communication. He showed up on time and was respectful. Highly recommended! Anytime I have issues with my appliances I will be calling Alex.

Our washing machine stopped working over the weekend and I placed a call to red line on Sunday evening, which was returned in 10 minutes. We scheduled an appointment for today and the technician was right on time. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. He was able to find the issue and repaired it promptly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be using them again if needed.

I would definitely recommend this company. They are responsive, fair, and dedicated to customer service. The process, mechanical workings, and troubleshooting tree were explained to us in simple terms which gave me confidence that our issue was not going to be exploited for money. (Unfortunately, other service companies have left me skeptical) But not once did Redline make me feel like we were going to be misled into spending unnecessary money!
Our fridge broke down on a Sunday morning and they responded quickly. When the initial fix didn’t quite solve the problem, they came back out and remediated it without charge. It was honestly so refreshing to see that kind of service.
Redline has earned a future customer should I ever need any appliance help! Thank you for your hard work and integrity.

Washer was acting up. Called Redline at almost closing time and Andrew was able to get me an appointment the next day, first thing in the morning. He arrived on time and made sure to put on shoes protector. He immediately troubleshot the machine. Found the issue, he had to order the part.
Part arrived in a few days and Andrew scheduled to replace the part the next day, which happened to be Sunday. Wonderful.
The whole process was so fast and problem free. Andrew did an outstanding job and a very friendly technician. Very nice company.

We were able to get a next day appointment. They figured out the issue, did a great job of communicating why it happened, how they would fix it and what it would cost. I was impressed with how fast they repaired it. Very friendly. I highly recommend them!

Excellent service. Alex was prompt and fixed my oven at a fair price and very quickly. Another repair service had been out but was hesitant to take on the project and Redline was cheaper, quicker, and more confident. I will definitely use them again!

Got my fridge fixed by Andrew and wow man needs a raise! I was having a terrible day and Andrew came and turned it all around! he was very friendly, funny, efficient and thorough. He explained everything to me very well and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend!
