Terrible Pharmacy. Had to go to 3 different locations just to find a pharmacy that could fill the prescription! Then took 2 days to fill it! I had my prescription on the 4th and couldn't get my meds until the 7th!!!

The employee at the counter was not particularly knowledgeable, and wasn’t able to understand what I was requesting and asking for. Eventually, she said the manager might know, and went to get him.He was not given any information that I had provided, apparently, and listened to what I was saying. He chose that I was wasting his time and uttered something to the first person while walking away.What kind of pharmacy is this? You don’t know and/or don’t care? Aren’t you supposed to help people by giving them information, or at least pointing them somewhere else?

The prices are a little ridiculous, I can get stuff cheaper from pretty much anywhere else, but the staff are all very friendly to me. I enjoy shopping here

Even prior to the pandemic, quality started to slide - slow fill times, reduced staffing, difficult to connect over the phone, hard to get refills automated. These problems have only gotten worse over the past 2 years as new ones appear (drive thru closed, long lines waiting to pickup). Pharmacies have had it rough lately, but I'm going to try my luck elsewhere at a local business that has a stronger incentive to serve the community.

Staff refuse to answer the phone. I stood in line for 20 minutes waiting to be helped. I called the pharmacy the entire time to see if a single person would pick up a phone. Not one person touched the phone. The lines would be much shorter if half the people in line didn’t have to come to the store to inquire about their prescription.

It's been a month since my last review. I wanted to come back here with a positive update. I put in a request to refill a medication that was previously very difficult to get filled. I did not get the usual message that this medication is out of stock, so after a few days I called the pharmacy. A person answered the phone!!! This was great! Previously the phone would ring and loop into the same repeat message, so I was happy to speak to a live person. This person told me the medication will be ready the following day. Sure enough, I checked my Rite aid app the next day and it was ready to be picked up. I appreciate the efforts for improvement Rite Aid. Thank you.

The store is clean, and the employees are nice. But the time it takes to get a prescription from the pharmacy is ridiculous. Came in the afternoon, it wasn't ready. They said it would be ready in two hours. I came back six hours later. It was still not ready. They told Me to wait a few minutes while they helped the next ten or so people in line. Almost two hours later, I finally got my prescription. A lot of these unfortunate people in line were also told to wait off to the side for a few minutes that turned into hours. Choose another Rite Aid if you need a prescription and don't have hours to spend waiting in the store.

I had Covid. My doctor called in my prescription. I desperately needed medication. I got through once and was asked to wait. I called and called and called. Seven times to ask the status of my prescription with no pick up. My roommate drove out to pick up said prescription only to find it was not ready an hour and a half later.

Do not under any circumstances use this pharmacy. They are grossly under staffed to the point where it is no small miracle that you will get your prescription filled in a timely manner if at all.

The pharmacy is a joke. My wife has been calling for the past 2 hours and they answer then hang up on you. The pharmacist himself is an asshole and you can tell he doesn't like being told what to do by a women by the way he talked to my wife. If you or your family need to get your prescription filled find somewhere else to do it.

I went to this Rite Aid on Allen Boulevard in Beaverton Oregon and I've called several times and they leave me on hold for over an hour and no one ends up getting back to you on the phone.The worst customer service I've ever seen ever!I will end up taking my business elsewhere ,and if they don't have enough money to hire at least one person to answer the phones,then they should close the business down in my honest opinion!Completely unacceptable to waste over an hour of your time on the phone when they never even answer the phone,and they just put you on hold!

Always seem to not receive some of my prescriptions so I’m always having to walk back in the next day. Cant call ahead to see if my prescription is ready because they never answer their phone
