This pharmacy does not have equity with people with ambulatory disabilities due to the fact of forcing them to come into the store to wait for medicine (shorter wait time) opposed to sitting in the car in the parking lot (longer wait time) and getting it in the drive thru. That means people that don't have an ambulatory disability have an easier time picking up their medicine and receive a quicker response. It seems that every time I come to Rite Aid pharmacy's there is different rules for different pharmacists and that is not equitable. We all know Rite aid is closing in many different states and that does not mean that the integrity, respect and the dignity of a patient should be overlooked due to the frustrations of their own situations at their work. I should not be told my wait time is longer if I wait in my car. Also, seems that Pharmacist here today says there's just him and another man so that too plays a role, but how does that correlate???
If I stay in my car 2hrs if I come in and sit 30 min...

This is the best Rite Aid I’ve had experience with in some time, kind people behind the counter and very attentive to keep me informed about my needs, love the team here, thank you

They fill patient prescriptions on the counter where visitors can see them. This violates HIPAA since I can see the name of the patient and the prescription. I have told him of this problem and they don't seem to care

New prescription took less than 10 min. Never happened before at a pharmacy. Much appreciated for my sick kiddo. Everyone behind the counter were so friendly. They took something that was stressful for me and helped make it all so much easier💕

This is the best pharmacy I have ever been to. My prescriptions are always on time and easy to get, sometimes same day as they were prescribed! Everyone there is so nice and helpful on the phone and in person. The pharmacist is knowledgeable and helps problem solve if insurance or prescriptions go wrong.

This is probably the worst run pharmacy I have ever experienced. The store itself is baren, 70% of the inventory is gone, as if they are waiting for it to deplete and so it can be closed. The pharmacy staff is nice enough, but the operating procedures are awful. You can have a physician send over a new RX or have the pharmacy send a refill, and the pharmacy will just let the prescription order sit and not fill it. I have had this multiple times. You actually have to call them to fill an RX order that has been sitting for weeks. Assuming you can get someone to answer the phone. Avoid at all costs.

Pharmacy open until 6 on weekends. Called ahead and asked if they could rush my kids antibiotic medication. They were happy to. When we walked up to the window, the staff was laughing and enjoying each other's company. I'm super thankful for the whole pharmacy team. Thank you for all you do for our community! Will be switching from Walgreens.

I've been here 3 separate times for 3 different items and they've always been out of stock for anything I go here for. It's very aggravating. I'm over it

Not sure wth is up with this particular pharmacy.
1. The 'old lady with an accent' seems to have trouble processing ohp insurance? I was informed unapologetically that 'sometimes it doesn't work on the weekend. She could only processing one of my medications even though it's the same insurance? I suffer from loss of appetite and insomnia without it. They refused to even try to do their job. The rest of the staff seemed were polite but extremely slow.
2. location is dirty.
3. They weren't there during business hours(not lunch)
Needless to say, I'll be driving elsewhere.

I always recieve really excellent service at the Pharmacy here. The pharmacists and the assistants are incredibly professional and kind, I appreaciate their hard work. I have seen them have to interact with very difficult customers and they stay poised and professional, once again than you. If you need to pick up an order it is best to call and let them know before you arrive so you can give them time to get your prescription ready. Then you won't have to wait either.

I've always had mixed experiences with other pharmacies in general, but the people here are so helpful! Their follow up is excellent and they are incredibly quick. Highly recommend them!

I came in with a problem with my prescription and Amela got on it and found my prescription at another pharmacy. She was very kind.

The store was not busy. The person who works there was very helpful when I asked for information. I enjoyed shopping there and would happily return.

Called to fill my prescription as I always do. Phone was picked up by a woman who rudely told me I don’t need to call to fill I can do it online, told her one of my prescriptions as I needed two she hung up on me before I could finish my sentence and fill the other. I have never had a bad experience until now. I go to this Rite aid because it was my favorite in the area, and close to me. I call to fill my prescriptions because I have had issues in the past with the app not filling them, and having a disease that requires these medications it’s important. No reason to treat a person like that, especially since I was no type of way towards her… looking at the other reviews it seems to be the same lady who others have issues with.

The absolute worst. I have never once had a seamless experience here. Always late to fill my prescription, the drive thru doesn’t work, or some other issue. Avoid at all costs!
