The absolute worst. I have never once had a seamless experience here. Always late to fill my prescription, the drive thru doesn’t work, or some other issue. Avoid at all costs!

What has happened to customer service? The pharmacy in this store is understaffed and can't fill a prescription in under 4 hours from the time it was sent from my doctors office. Then I get accused by the pharmacist of being mean to the staff? Mean? Absolutely never. Impatient, maybe. But, it's always a long wait whether for a script or vaccine. Wish there was a CVS nearby.

Absolutely inept pharmacy. Just don't waste your time. It's not worth it. They can't seem to get anything right.Based on other reviews it seems like the "old lady with an accent" can't seem to process OHP insurance for some reason. (Is it purposeful? Is she not well trained?) The weird part is my spouse got their shot right before mine and their insurance card wasn't completely correct yet they were able to verify that. It almost feels like the "old lady with an accent" is deliberately making things difficult for OHP insurance holders so she doesn't have to process them. If nothing else her skills aren't up to standard.I've had the same OHP number and plan for 5 years with no problems elsewhere. Triple checked and online my insurance doesn't expire until 1/31/2025 and the numbers match my card... but this lady wanted to patronize me about it saying my insurance was "expired".I'm not going to wait around to get scammed by some lady thinking I'm desperate to get my vaccines and might just pay out of pocket. I'm not. I can go literally anywhere else and not have my time wasted. I walked out because I wasn't about to get potentially jabbed x2 by someone so clearly bad at their job. That old lady needs better training. I'll be going to the actual clinic like I usually do. This was not more "convenient" in any way.Update: the old lady absolutely needs more training and a supervisor. My insurance wasn't expired, she was billing incorrectly and my primary care physician had to bother her to make her do her job properly.

I switched to Rite Aid about a year ago after insane delays with a controlled prescription that I NEED filled before noon on the refill date. Otherwise I am in excruciating pain all day, without my medicine and unable to get to the pharmacy before they close, which means I have to wait an entire day before being on my normal medication routine. I've explained this to Rite Aid at least 4 or 5 times. I call in 2 days before refill day and I always ask that the meds be filled first thing in the morning. Today I called at 9AM(refill day. After calling 2 days prior and explaining my situation) and again explained my situation. The woman was insanely rude and said "they will get to it today but have 300 ahead of me" what? I called 2 days ago asking to make sure this is filled in AM. Before noon. That's 3 hours of time to fill. And I called again at 9AM to ask again it be filled before noon. Woman was extremely rude and hung up on me. Couldn't even give me an ETA. Meanwhile I'm missing my AM dose of medication. I know they are short staffed and I feel for the employees. I do. But if someone repeatedly calls in multiple days beforehand and asks that this gets filled before noon I feel like it should be feasible. That is a reasonable request.EDIT: I got an email saying prescription was filled around noon, but not the normal call/text. Tried to call and ask if it was ready or not. No answer. So I went in, they were SO busy! I felt for the staff. However the pharmacist again was short and rude to me about it and the tech was trying to be helpful and nice, but they couldn't give me an ETA. I called a different Rite Aid a couple miles away and the pharmacist was SO helpful and said if they respond to the transfer request she can fill in 30min. Sent the request but I doubt they see it with how busy they are. I'm switching locations next month for sure. Also, Rite Aid, try to hire more staff! They are SO overworked.

Actually refused to run my OHP insurance and said they don't accept it. I then go down the street and they do accept it. Called back to prove they messed up and now hang up on me. They charged me $14 when it is always free. I had no choice but to pay due to mental health medicine. No wonder Rite Aid filed for bankruptcy. Beware of the old lady with an accent.

Drive through is closed again right now. Apparently the box is not working properly. I had to park and go inside the place. There were sick people waiting in line. I tripped over my feet they get numb and painful. Now my ankle hurts. It took 30 minutes to get through the line inside.

I scheduled a flu and covid vaccine in September, it took a full month to get in and then when I went in, they said you must either have insurance or pay $200. There was literally no mention whatsoever of any cost or requirement for insurance in the website when I booked. And the Asian lady in the pharmacy who "informed" me seemed very pleased at my dismay (miserable people who seem to loathe their jobs). Go elsewhere!

Was going to use this as my pharmacy but no one answers when you call during business hours so I'm finding a different place...

Very poor service and zero organization. I had a vaccine appointment yesterday afternoon for my elderly mother. After waiting in line for over 40 minutes, we weren’t able to even reach the front of the line. She could no longer stand and the 3 available chairs were full. No one was vaccinated while we were there. One man had been waiting with his paperwork filled out for more than an hour with no end in sight. There were approximately six other people with appointments in line and at least 10 others hoping to pick up prescriptions. To make elderly people stand in line for an hour after making an appointment weeks ago is pretty unforgivable. I will never, ever go back here. The worst part was that the employees did not care at all.

Service is extremely slow and cause frustration, it took more than 1 hour for a vaccine scheduled appointment time, think your plans will be upside down when you have other schedules, also, there are only 3 people in the queue, i mean extreme slow. For kids appointment- Worst part is they successfully booked appointment for a 4 year old and then they denied at the counter. And for god sake remove old flickering lights , it becomes so tough for seizure patients, though we will not visit you.

The worst Pharmacy in the area. I've been a customer for over 10 years and will no longer use them. When using the website to refill prescriptions I always have to call the day they are due to be refilled otherwise the wont get done for days. When calling they regularly do not answer. Auto refills also run 3 or 4 days late meaning I'm without medication frequently.

This is the III time I have been at rite aid in the last few weeks. They are extremely helpful when I need the proper awesome friend help. I do believe in love and reinventing the medical system since this is one of the things what I am #1 at doing:-) Broken workflows, using my awesome brain, acknowledging my awesome smart friends, et et et:-)

i thought about it for a while if i wanted to write this review or not… I’m pretty disheartened after what i witnessed today. I have been getting my meds here for over 10 years and this really makes me want to change pharmacies.there was an older gentle man over 70 trying to talk to the pharmacist about why his medication had different packaging. Instead of being polite or trying to be patient with him she snapped in front of everyone and told him she was done talking to him held her head in anger and yelled at him to go sit over there and when she had time she would talk to him.It was honestly disgusting how he was treated and talk to. You do not treat anyone like this especially elders. he looked disoriented and like he needed clarification and she just yelled at him in front of so many people.I did talk to a manager about this but i hope this pharmacist gets talked to about this vile behavior. pretty sad to treats others this way.when he went to sit on the chair you could see he was clearly upset and humiliated… don’t work as pharmacist if you are going to treat people this way.
