We went in on Saturday morning, July 26 2025, to get several gallons of a paint to match a paint chip we had. The young woman there was very accommodating, service oriented, and also knowledgeable about the paint matching process. I liked the service there much better than a couple of experiences I had at their Canyon Rd. store, where the service wasn't really bad but the young guy there was sort of unfriendly. I will go back to the Progress location the next time I need any paint or supplies.

I shop mostly at miller or sherwin williams for my paint needs but Rodda has a lot to offer. They were very helpful and friendly at this location. Got exactly what I needed.

I am on a project and needed just a quart more of Rodda Ocean Storms. They had a hard time, making a purple hue first and then tried to fix it. I was told it was correct and came back to job to finish rolling the last bit. Today, after it dried overnight, the color is off, by one or two shades. I noticed they made it with the wrong base and called them to discuss it. The woman who answered was the one who mixed It, she knew she made it with the wrong base and that their machine was having issues but never told me. She thought it was close... Carpet is supposed to be installed today, and they won't do anything to help. Excite to send me on a 1-5 hour drive trip. I asked why they didn't just say they can't do the color right now and send me off. They've cost me so much money and messed my job up with a big delay. And they won't even send someone out to deliver me the tight paint. I see now they only have one star, I wish I had never walked in there.

I came in to get some paint for my addition. I brought in the original buckets of paint from when we painted the house a few years ago. After waiting 30 minutes I asked if they were almost done and I was told that they haven't even started on my paint yet. I said that it would have been nice to know that as I could have done some shopping. I asked how much longer and was ignored. As a contractor only using this place once before I can tell you that I won't be using Rodda again for any future jobs.
