Note: Think twice before shop in this Ross. Their restroom is not for customers. I would recommend bring in your own cup, or "container" if you will and do it it in the fitting room or else wet your pant while shopping. Stay away from this Ross! There are other Portland Ross stores also that won't let customers use their restrooms, so ask before entering is highly recommended.

I love this Ross. Probably my favorite Ross. The employees are super nice. It's generally pretty clean and organized for being a Ross. I always end up leaving with more than I anticipated and spending less than I thought haha.

This location has significantly gone downhill. No one is around to help you. The store is an absolute disaster. Clothes are security tagged together so you can't even try them on. They no longer have a public use restroom and will direct you to Michael's or Target to use their restrooms. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere.

I like here. There are many products. You might find the best products in reasonable price.

Feel like the 2xl options for men are getting smaller and smaller. Still good stuff when you find it, but very limited options for real size men.

Worst experience I have ever had inside a store. DO NOT GO HERE if you are trying to get a new pair of shoes. Security has no respect for shoppers and enforces unsafe and belittling practices. I wanted to try on a pair of shoes but was unable to do so because of a security tag on them. Politely asked them to remove the tag at the counter, which they were happy to oblige me with so I could try them on. Went to go back to the shoe area to try the shoes on and the security guard came up high and mighty and I was told I could not leave the front area as the shoes did not have a security tag. I politely said no problem and then inquired if they had a seating area for me to try the shoes on up front. She said no, and I asked her if she could follow me back to the seating area as there were two security guards at the front of the store if she was worried about me stealing them. She refused and said that wasn't her job. I asked what I was supposed to do, sit on the floor? She raised her eyebrows and sneered at me. DISGUSTED with her behavior and with Ross for allowing this situation to happen. Made me feel so uncomfortable in front of multiple employees and shoppers. Will never recommend this store again.

It is getting ridiculous that they won’t allow customers to use the restroom anymore…I understand some places don’t offer public restrooms, but this is the first time I’ve ever seen they said no to their customers and don’t feel sorry at all! They don’t even have notice about it. When I shop there, I don’t feel I’m welcomed, and when we go in and out the fitting rooms, the associate asked us to hang the clothes and patted down each single item, which makes me feel very uncomfortable. Do they think every customer is a potential thief?

It was pretty crowded when we went.I found a couple of items I was looking for, and a couple of items I wasn't looking for and I would have spent more time and money there but when my partner needed to use the restroom they said they didn't have a public restroom so we left.Really, when you gotta go, you gotta go! ?♀️

Recently their stock has been terrible. I used to find all kinds of good stuff in men's 2xl or XL but now I'm lucky if I find one thing I like. Sucks because this used to be a good place to go for clothes

Dress for less, swim for less, decorate your house for less, get fingernail clippers for less, get shoe insoles for less, but swim goggles for less, and it lasts just as long as from expensive stores

Shopping at this Ross was a really weird experience. It makes me wonder what kind of crowd shops here. Trying on the clothes, I was asked to hang all my clothes, and the associate patted down the clothes. That's understandable since I figure people try to steal clothes that way, the thing that got me is that after leaving the fitting room, she made me hang both my pairs of shorts again. I had removed the hanger from one of the shorts I got, and she waited until I put the hanger back on the shorts and then patted down the clothes. Honestly, with a single pair in my hands, she could have just checked them off the hanger right there. Heading to the self check out, there was this man checking every single customer bag. I get theft is a big issue in some places but it just felt so weird especially when I walked over to Old Navy (which is literally right next to the Ross) and the vibe was just so much comforting. It made me feel like a criminal shopping here. This is the first time ever at a Ross where every single action I made had to be supervised and revised. I wonder if it's just the self checkout being added that increased the security and shoplifting. Regardless, I won't be coming back here.

The people working here keep this place pretty clean and organized. Prices are always good and you're sure to find something you like every time.
