Edit: I just got back from the Walmart pharmacy I had all my prescriptions transferred to. The prescription they were trying to charge over $200 for was $20 copay with insurance and $23 out of pocket, no discounts applied. The same it has been for well over a decade.I have used this pharmacy for a few years now, but just had to move to another. On multiple visits now, they keep trying to overcharge me by hundreds of dollars. Each time the employee clearly expressed both confusion and frustration trying to figure out the charges. They don't seem to know how to use their billing system, or it is broken. For nearly 15 years I have paid out of pocket for this medication because it is cheaper than my $20 copay. They wanted to charge me over $200 today and would not consider it was error. This has long been a generic medication and it is on my insurance's preferred list for $20.It is critical that I do not run out and I cannot depend on a pharmacy with these problems. Nobody should.

Prescription was sent at 1:00. Called at 2:30 to check their status. A man mumbled incoherently and then told me to call back at 3:00 because there was a problem with my insurance. I called back at 3:20 and he only started working on the prescription then. He said he had to override the system and then it was approved. He said to come to the pharmacy for pickup at 3:30. I arrived at 3:50 and they told me the prescription was not ready yet. At 4:12 I get a text saying my prescriptions are ready. One minute later, I go up to the pharmacy window and they tell me the prescription is still not ready and to wait a few more minutes. I finally got my prescriptions at 4:20. I don't mind waiting at home for my prescriptions to be filled, in fact I prefer it when I'm sick. I very much mind the poor customer service and being lied to several times. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I've experienced this at this Safeway. It's happened at least five times. I will find a different pharmacy.

No cashiers on a busy thru day night make it one of the biggest dumpster grocery stores I've ever at the displeasure of shopping at. The laziness associated with no cashiers is unsanitary

I want to say I've been going here a year now and I've never seen this Asian lady pharmacist. It's not the normal workers so I wanted to make a post to bring this to your attention how they are treating your customers whenever the regular staff is away. I've never been treated so horrible! He was nice let me know the policy of wearing a face mask and I let him know because of my asthma and breathing condition and glasses I do not wear a mask. Then the lady comes in with attitude saying that this is a medical place and it still required to wear masks. I then point to the sign that also says if there's a medical condition and I asked if there was a way to put a note in my account so this doesn't keep happening. She said no, that they are required to ask us to do it at least once. I said he did and I explained if you didn't hear why I am not, she said she can hear just fine it's a small area and if I'm not willing to wear a mask I could get it delivered and there's other options to get my prescription. I was in complete shock between her attitude and how rude she was being totally unprofessional. I then asked are you refusing to give me my prescription? She said no just giving you other options. You guy's should focus on customer service again and cleaning up the dirty stuff .

Called the pharmacy today to find out about flu shot availability. The pharmacy tech rudely answered without fully hearing my question and rudely said " we are closing in an hour ! No availability goodbye’’ then abruptly hung up the phone. I would say this is very unprofessional and I would go as far as saying I’m happy she turned me down because I am questioning how safe it would be for me to get vaccinated at this location. Future patients beware be careful!!

They don’t follow many of the COVID guidelines outlined on the store signage, and won’t enforce things like wearing a mask when you’re being serviced at the counter. Not safe!

The slowest service ever for any pharmacy. There's eight people in line. Everyone is complaining. Not the 1st time here with the same complaints

First and last visiting this pharmacy, I stood in line for 20+ minutes just to drop off my prescription. I’m assuming I’ll need to stand in line for another 20+ minutes to pick it up.

I hate the store in which this pharmacy exists, but I love this pharmacy so much. The staff is so kind and respectful and helpful. I am a very good customer because customer service goes both ways. The pharmacy staff appreciates that I am kind to the workers and am patient with any number of things that can slow the process down because I am understanding. They respond positively to this and I am so pleased.I deal with the store and their -ahem- different methods for customer treatment just because I love this pharmacy so much. You guys are the best!!!

Are rating negatives stars a choice? It takes them practically 15 mins per customer, so the lines are constantly 12 people deep all with looks on their faces like “what’s taking so long??” I’ve had to make trips multiple times just for them to be like “ummm, uhhhhh....yeah I don’t know what happened....” Honestly I’d rather go way out of my way to the one on Murray and Scholls (Teal). They’re quick, consistent, and even remember your name and greet you like you’re old friends

7/5/21 8pm I was checking out & as usual my just 4 U discount didn't work. The cashier fixed what she could then called a manager over to help. There was an elderly, balding, Caucasian man wearing a "Fully Vaccinated" face mask & sleeveless shirt behind me. The cashier recognized him & made a comment about not seeing him in awhile. He started yelling at me to hurry up & move my transaction wasn't finished. He swore at me, called me names & kept moving his cart closer. After h
