The young man working the self check out, scolded me several times (in front of many people) for not bringing my phone for the Coupon that was not registering.
When I told him that he does not need to scold me for not bringing my phone and that he was not being very nice, he turned and walked away and said nothing.
When I got home, I checked, and they were clipped, Not sure what the issue was, but it doesn’t look like it was on my end.
Thanks Safeway worker for making my day so much better after that interaction😉

I’m writing to file a formal complaint regarding an employee named Lisaa at the Safeway Pharmacy. I’ve had multiple negative interactions with her, and I feel it’s important to bring this to your attention.
Lisaa has consistently been rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. She refuses to make eye contact, does not offer any assistance or options when issues arise, and comes across as impatient and dismissive. It’s clear that she does not prioritize customer service, and instead makes an already stressful experience even more difficult.
On one occasion, an elderly woman behind me in line mentioned that she also tries to avoid dealing with Lisaa because the more questions you ask, the more unpleasant she becomes. That kind of feedback from another customer only confirmed that this behavior is not an isolated incident.
I believe all customers deserve respectful and compassionate service—especially when dealing with something as important as medication. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and look into the matter.
I know sometimes people experience personal problems that may affect your day but my experience has been the same in every single visit. So that is the reason I decide ti switch pharmacy.

We all know that Safeway’s prices are ridiculous, but that isn’t why they landed a 2 star.
I am tired of coming to this store’s produce section to constantly see the smallest, worst quality or outright empty selection of red onion.
It’s simple: expand the allotted space for red onion, order and stock MORE. Literally every other grocery store carries a bigger and better selection of quality red onion. Get with it already.

Safeway SUCKS when it comes to using your EBT card online to order groceries. Nobody at Safeway knows how to figure it out. I'm constantly being way Overcharged on my regular credit card for groceries that should clearly be going on EBT card. Get it together Safeway. Once again I'm just going to order through Walmart I never have this problem with them

do a lot of pick up n go orders, they're always so kind about it. will promptly and carefully load your items. naturally, some items go out of stock, etc. and staff does a great job coordinating alternatives when/if available/requested. typically ready for pick up way in advance which is convenient. wait isn't usually long and i dont mind since they're already doing me such a HELPFUL favor.

Really good deals, selection of cheese, wine and fresh flowers. I don't care so much for the produce area. I am knocking off points for the stupid APP that never seem to work (even the staff agree) and for the long checkout lines. Friendly staff except for Ginny.
