This is by far the friendliest Safeway store. From the folks in the deli, to the stocking crew. The people who work here work hard, and celebrate teamwork. Even on the first day back after a big ice storm, the team was smiling and saying how excited they were to get to work with each other!Extra hats off to Mark in the bakery, Madison, and Matthew who always greet us with a smile and upbeat attitude.

Ordered some stuff for pick up, some of it was cancelled but still said in stock, so just went in to make sure. So glad it was cancelled, because then we got to meet the bakery crew! Jackie and I believe his name was Ryan? Sweeter than the cakes! Took such great care of us, they're so friendly. Superstars!

1st time at this location and easy in and out process, not too busy. Getting supplies for the weekend, just in case it gets crazy outside with the weather!

Online ordering is never convenient. They either give you the wrong order, give your order away, or forget to give you your entire order. The refund system is also inconvenient how they can’t manually process your refund or cancel it once they discover your items are still there.

Needs more checkout lines open. They have 7 lines and only 2 checkers. Line of customers wanting to buy groceries and get out: 14 deep.Seems like management could do a better job of giving customers the value they pay these increased prices for :/

Wow, tried the Deli Friday. Chickec breats were old and jojos were terrible. To top off Deli, customer service was horrid. Grumpy grey haired man was extremely unfriendly, and no thank you for order. Last time I visit Deli. Get some personal that at least smile.

I have 5 years of retail experience, been door dashing full time for 1 year, and have lived in oregon my whole life. I have shopped many groceries stores, expiroenced many types of management, and seen many safe ways specifically. After shopping here the first time I was not surprised the first review was a 2 star from a recent ex employee about the manager. The front line employees were all amazing, the store organization, signage, and quality was poor, lazy, and not at all standard to safeway. There were entire isles unlabeled products listed on their site as in stock that didn't even have a place on the shelf, the interior was kept nice I assume due to advantages of the area, and shells were stocked well so once again props to the 5 star regular retail team. The actual function of the store though which is directly what a manager is supposed to be on the floor maintaining was not there. Get off your lazy butt and do you job making sure items like chicken nuggets are actually where they are supposed to be! Your profits will see an increase as well because when your store is a miored expirience of another safeway people will have a easier shopping expirience finding and buying more items they want rather than getting frustrated and leaving with half and be more likely to come again. I am a safe way regular but I would not shop here again with a manager who seems like they aren't even there hardly any of the time. *mic dropped* this store takes twice the amount of time to shop

I worked here for 3 years. The workers are great, and they have great prices, however, I cant condone shopping at this location. The store director stephany was on vacation for the first year and a half of her employment. The store was rated #1 in the area for years before she came into control. Her and her cohort of leg humpers (Carey and Jude) -full grown men in the same tax bracket as their kids; held grudges and attempted to smear the names of other employees as they left, all in the name of pettiness. The powers at be in this location are what you would see on TV and think "no way anybody is that dumb AND jaded". Unfortunately it is so.

I finally have to write a review about the poor quality of produce I have been receiving from Safeway. I hate to give this one store a bad rating because I see this from all their locations but I just bought lettuce from here that was covered in bugs and worms and I had to throw it away. I usually expect some bugs when buying organic but this time there were bugs crawling all over my counter when cutting up lettuce.I have noticed a steady decline in quality in all produce from Safeway. Normally the lettuce is brown so I was surprised to find a bag that was all green only to find it covered in bugs. New Seasons is right down the road so I will be buying my produce from there now.

We shop at this Safeway location regularly. Came in yesterday, through self check-out. Was having complicated issues with the Safeway app for the online deals.—-Safeway employee *Scotty G* provided world class customer service. He care and time to troubleshoot, he did not give up until he found a solution. He also went above and beyond by pointing me to some great deals on the app, which gave me great savings. Thank you so much for the absolute best customer service, Scotty G!

It's always a good experience inside. People are friendly, place is clean. Everything is orderly. I prefer shopping there over any other grocery.

Sometimes the smallest of gestures can truly take someone from the peak of their lowest & breaking point & completely refresh their faith in humanity. Emmerson V, I can't thank you enough for your kind heart & caring gesture & you truly may never understand how much you sincerely helped me mentally out of a rut I've been stuck in.

With inflation and Rising wages, before we know it everything will be too expensive to buy and eating will become a thing of the past unless you have a garden. I spent almost $200 on less than 20 items that before covid and our last round of companies paying higher wages were less than $3 for each item. Between $4 and $6 for a loaf of bread is ridiculous.
