Always get quick response on phone call questions or requests. They explain details, and always do what they say they will do.I like that they are nearby if I ever need to talk in person, although I never have. And I like the lower cost compared to my prior insurance with Nationwide.

The State Farm branch run by Sam Sady in Beaverton is the best! Lisa Osborn provides excellent answers to all my questions in an extremely timely fashion. Insurance can be confusing so it is so helpful to have knowledgeable local experts who understand my family's needs and provide honest tailored advice. I use State Farm for auto, life, homeowners, and rental insurance. For this customized service I would expect to pay higher prices but their cost is consistently lower than competitors. Highly recommended!

An incredibly pleasant experience dealing with everyone at Sam Shady - State Farm Insurance in Beaverton. We were slow to switch from Amica, a company we had been with for more than 20 years. This State Farm group communicates well and responds to questions and calls quickly and completely. This is the best insurance experience I have had. Highly recommend.

Nothing but great things to share about Sam Sady State Farm! The team has great customer service and is very helpful. They have taken the time to answer all my questions and help with my home and auto insurance needs. I especially want to acknowledge Lisa who has been extremely patient and personable helping me with a recent auto claim! She was willing to answer all of my questions and help me through the entire process making it a positive experience during a stressful time. I also wanted to acknowledge Michelle who recently helped us with our home insurance. She was very prompt with answering our requests and provided great communication throughout the process! Sam and his team are simply amazing. Not only did they save us quite a bit combining our home, auto and umbrella policies, we’ve found them always to get back to us amazingly fast when we had a question.Recently our son had a fender bender (everyone was ok) and I was really impressed by how their office and the “mother ship” handled the claim. It was very easy and they kept us informed of every step along the way.It’s been quite a while since we had an actual agent but I have to say, I am super happy to have Sam and his team on speed dial!
