Katya is THE BEST.! She is amazing with both short and long hair styles. I have had both over the years. I love that she uses all organic products. That is important to me and why I first searched out her salon. Now I wouldn't go anywhere else! I highly recommend Katya at Sheer PDX!

I’ve been going to Katya for so many years for my perms and haircuts, and she never disappoints! Recently, I decided to try a new style, and she worked her magic yet again. I'm always so happy with how my hair looks after coming here! The products used leave my hair feeling so soft, healthy, and smelling so good. I'm a pretty shy person, but the conversations throughout the appointment are never awkward or forced. I know I'm going to keep coming back!

I've been going to Katya for haircuts and styling for about seven years and I've always gone home pleased with the results. She takes her time, asks questions so she knows what I'm looking for, and she's very personable. The salon has a relaxed vibe, which I also appreciate.

Very nice, cute salon. I just needed a simple trim with some front fringe and Katya did a beautiful job. I walked out looking exactly how I wanted it and feel fresh and fabulous. Perfect length and style.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

The service was completely horrible. They gave me a chemical burn. I did not get the service I wanted. I was getting my roots done with low lights and a root smudge and they made all my hair lighter and without a root smudge. They said I would need to make another appointment to complete the look I wanted. They had charged more than we agreed on and kept rushing and going out for smoke breaks. Smoke breaks are fine, but this appointment was completely done with bad time management. They told me they needed to rush before the next client and that should have been planned out better, especially since I have had this service and full color services done better and within a shorter amount of time before in appointments done at other salons. Absolutely do not recommend. Horrible job and rushed service. Chemical burns lasted for days and there were multiple. Would never come again!!
