After I spent 2 months researching different spas and perusing numerous local sellers I made it to my last store on the list. Definitely saved the BEST for last. Brenda was working and Daryn came in soon after. I had explained to Brenda I wanted a hot tub for therapeutic purposes and I did not want a lay down/recline seat in my hot tub. The lay down beds tend to just float you up from pressure of the jets, I never found them comfortable. Brenda gently persuaded me to try one of the Clearwater Spas that had a reclining lay down. What a game changer!!! I wanted a spa manufactured for the PNW and made in the USA. This Clearwater Spa has none of that nasty foam spray filling in the entire underside. The maintanance on this spa is a breeze! The delivery was handled timely and very professionally.I purchased my hot tub 11 months ago. I really haven’t noticed more than a $15. Increase to my power bill. The ongoing customer service is spot on. I take my water in every couple of weeks to be checked by them vs dip stick. Always so helpful. Spa Logic is very good at listening and hearing what your needs are and the offering you options suited to your needs. Listen to Brenda, she is amazing.

Customer service was friendly and responsive.Our part arrived in a week.The service repairman (Luke) was excellent! Clearly the Force was with him as he did an excellent job and was very friendly!Cost of the service was reasonable and service was scheduled promptly.We will not go anywhere else for our hot tub needs.

I would give Darin and his store zero stars if I could. Basically told me that since he doesn’t sell the brand of spa I purchased from him last year he will no longer help with all the issues we’ve had. Actually referred me to a competitor for support. Just sad. Worst large purchase experience ever.

i wish there was an option for ZERO stars. Darin the owner has zero customer service skills and doesn't stand behind the products he sells. What started off to be a fun and exciting purchase for my family has turned into a complete nightmare. I've never been treated as poorly as we have by Darin and his staff.

Very frustrated with the service I have received so far. The shopping experience was great and then after we paid for the tub, the follow up from the company has been terrible.I was told we would get a call in 3-4 business days after we placed the order with the anticipated delivery date (final delivery was expected 2-3 weeks after our order). No call from them so we called to follow up. One person had no idea what we were talking about and then I got a call back from the owner saying they hadn't heard back yet in regards to the delivery.The next week we called again requesting an update. The person said it "should" have been ordered and then the owners wife got on the phone and were put off by her and she said that the tub would show up 2-3 weeks after our order.Followed up again last Monday and the person that answered the phone said that when the owners wife was back in on Wednesday, she would follow up and give me an update call. No call (surprise surprise) so I followed up on Friday.On Friday she told me that she would call on Saturday or Sunday with an update. Guess what... no call!Today we called AGAIN (3 weeks after our order) and had to leave a voicemail. When they called back they said that they don't have any drivers to pick up the tub from the warehouse.Proper communication and follow up are important and I would expect that level of care when purchasing this type of product.

We bought our hot tub about six years ago, and when we call up, they still know us by name. Their team is willing to answer any questions big or small and help us trouble shoot over the phone. Love this company and our hot tub is phenomenal.Exceptional service, and quality!

I live in Bend, Oregon. There are no Clearwater dealerships in Bend. Even though this dealership is in Tigard (180 miles away), he took the time to clearly understand my issue, and walk me through all possible solutions. Thank you very much. You are truly outstanding.

Stellar Service. I purchased a new Coast Spa in 2018. It was installed flawlessly by a super-friendly team.I had some initial issues with water bubbles, and the guys at Spa Logic were able to help me resolve them over the phone.In 2022, my spa wouldn't turn back on after winterizing. I called Spa Logic for service on a Friday PM, and their technician was at my home on Monday at 10am. He replaced a corroded heating element for free, as the Spa was still covered by warranty. No other cost. Only smiles.Spectacular service, and flawless experience with Spa Logic. I strongly recommend.

I have to say Rick and Tereasa have been outstanding in their service, loyalty and honor. I put a small amount down last April while waiting for our house to finish building. Which took 2 months longer than anticipated. I called to make sure they were still holding the spa for us. Even though they had to move and store it. To their credit they stayed true to their word and honor and kept the spa for us. Even though they had been offered much more than my purchase price. it's being delivered Tuesday and I can't wait. Their service, patience and assistance has been invaluable.Highly recommend Spa Logic and particularly Rich and Tereasa.

We were in the market for our first hot tub and were thinking of purchasing one from Costco. We decided to talk to someone in the business to get some basic questions answered. After talking to Rick, we quickly realized why it is important to purchase a hot tub from a reputable manufacturer. There were so many things we hadn't considered that could have potentially gone wrong with a Costco tub (how were we going to get it from our driveway to the back patio?), the material was not nearly the quality as one from Spa Logic, the list goes on and on. I would highly recommend Rick from Spa Logic, he is a no pressure salesman who has your best interest at heart. Looking forward to years of relaxation in our new tub.
