Usually this place is OK. But i had a terrible experience today with the stylist Paulina. I had been getting roughly the same haircut here for several years and it usually turned out pretty well. I usually just get a short cut on the sides and top, while still leaving some in the front so I can comb it to the left side. I came in with my hair combed to the left, but by the time I left there was no way I could do that anymore. When I sat down Paulina asked me if I wanted the same haircut as last time and I said yes. She was in a rush as she almost immediately started furiously shaving the top of my head and before I could say anything she was pretty much done and moved onto shaving down the sides. She also seemed pretty distracted as she was chatting with other stylists and she didn't have anything else to say to me during the haircut. I'm legally blind and can't see what's going on in the mirror in front of me. At the end I asked for a hand mirror so I could see it and I let her know that there was a problem with me not being able to comb my hair to the left anymore and the only thing she said was "well it wasn't in the notes.". If I came in with my hair combed to the left, do you think that is something you should ask about before you shave my head?Bad customer service, maybe just bad at interacting with customers, maybe overworked, or maybe she just doesn't care. I don't want a free haircut, and I don't want to sit here and complain. I just want the people who are paying her to know that if shes doing this to me, she's probably doing it to other customers.

Very bad service. All 3 stylus were done with their client. I was the only one in the place. They waited ten minutes and took up two other people that showed up late and did not serve me. I will never come back to this location again.

I normally check in online, by the time I get there no wait time. Haircuts have been great, Most of the stylist are very informative and recommend great products.

I checked in online it said 40 minute wait when it was finally my turn someone else walked in and they bumped me down on the wait list. said I had to wait another 30 minutes. I didn’t think that was fair so I left

Short staffed when I went in, but they were fast efficient and made great conversation to pass time. All while giving fresh haircuts!

Received a hair cut from Zion at 3270 SW Cedar Hills Blvd in Beaverton. I usually do not write reviews but Zion's customer service and skills where excellent. Would highly recommend him.

Found myself in need of a haircut while shopping in CH Crossing. I dialed up Sport Clips and started walking across the parking lot. There was no answer. So I kept going, dodged traffic, and walked right in.An employee glared at me and asked, rather tersley, if I had an appointment. I said, "No, nobody answered the phone when I called." Long silence, more glaring..."Uh... So how long is the wait," I finally asked? She groaned. Looked up at the check-in board, or whatever, rolled her eyes, and said, "At least an hour." Another long glare-pause..."Do you want me to put your name on the list?" I literally cracked up at the absurd tension I was feeling here. With a big smile I simply said, "No thanks. Have a nice day!" And I left.They might offer fine haircuts here. But I'll never know. I hope she had a better day with customers smart enough to book ahead! ?

So basically update of this place I went there a couple times recently in the last year went there with my 5-year-old signed up at the same time They ended up making him wait two and a half hours from me and then I went in there another time And basically pushed four people in front of me because their computer didn't register my name correctly even though they seen it then I just got a call about a review I put and got 86 because they didn't like what I did very unprofessional people like high school.Service: Haircut

My 11 year old autistic son really feels comfortable here. He's had a great experience at this location twice now. The last time he asked to try the hair wash and hot towel, he loved it. We did try another location and did not have the same positive experience.

Yo, major shout out to literally everyone working. Probably the best not only haircut I've gotten, but greatest customer experience.Came in around 1:30 today and was immediately greeted by the enthusiastic Zion. No shortage of good conversation during the entirety of the haircut with him, about various things. I used a reference image for what I wanted, and we were able to achieve a slightly altered version of it that looked better. We moved on to the MVP portion, and whomever was running the place (manager wise) asked if I'd be willing to receieve 2 more (free) MVPs to help the newer employees get trained. No problem at all on my end, I was already pretty relaxed, and wasn't in a hurry to go anywhere. They both did a good job, and it was interesting to see the techniques used.Got some good product in my hair as recommended by Zion, and I was on my way.Thanks to all of you for a great haircut and conversation! Will definitely come back again.
