Am very disappointed bu staff and total lack of wanting to assist or have customer satisfied by new sales. They won't bother with you unless they can get a big commission now, who cares about future sales. Expected so much more.

The sales person was very patient and helpful. The delivery men were prompt. The unfortunate thing involving the installation happened because of the defective part. The handle could not be attached because of the stripped threads where the handle is attached to the fastener and secured by the set screw. Now waiting to hear if the part is available or if the freezer will have to be returned.

Took almost a month to get my fridge. Very little communicaton about what was happening with delivery. Finally came and we are happy. They still have my business. Delivery guys were great!!

Extremely rude, unfriendly . Left screws in the driveway, fridge gasket already coming off. Do not recommend. Didnt return calls

Finding a new washing machine was so easy with Bob Alexander at Standard TV and Appliance. He was so helpful and knowledgeable and I felt like it was his goal to find me a washing machine that fit within my budget and that was also highly rated. I expressed the need to have the washer right away and Bob took extra steps to secure a quick delivery even though deliveries were backed up two weeks! I will be a lifelong customer because of this experience.

Why not go to where a salesman says hi, and listens to your needs! You don't have to go to a big box store and be ignored and hope you are getting the right machine. I have done both but am thrilled to make Standard TV & Appliance my only stop. How great is it to be able to count on them for quality repair and follow-up. Ask for Glenn P.

I had several appliances delivered this morning. Recieved a call in the morning with my time window and the crew showed up right on time. shout out to German, Ivan, Adan, Marti, and Andres.
was a full team ( the appliances were larger than normal so they had extra guys). These guys were professional very courteous and brought everything up the stairs. Cant wait to try these out!

Courtney took great care of us to fully replace a dishwasher that was still under warranty. Xavier did a great job with installation. In these times we definitely recommend paying the extra for Standard’s 5-year warranty.
