I was searching for a vacuum that will last me a very, very long time. Rick answered all of my questions and helped me pick out a Sebo E3. While I’m not usually one to purchase a service plan, you really can’t beat the value of the plan offered by Stark’s. It was a no-brainer. I am in love with my new vacuum and can’t believe the difference in suction power (and reduction in noise) compared to my old stick vacuum. I am thrilled with my purchase and with the customer service I received!

Great experience! I worked with Rick at the Beaverton store and ended up buying a Sebo K3. The guy knows his products and answered all my questions thoroughly. If you have questions, Rick is your man!

Rented a steam cleaner from Rick I think was his name it was affordable, good clean machine worked fantastic. He showed me how to use it through some pointers overall fantastic don’t use those cheap grocery store machines.

I brought in my old steam cleaner, that I didn’t even buy from there, because the rollers no longer were rolling. Instead of putting it aside and letting me know he would call me later with an estimate, he looked at it immediately, figured out exactly what was wrong, looked up the right part, and then sold it to me at a very reasonable price. He even showed me where and how to install it instead of trying to charge whatever the labor fee would’ve been for him to do it. He was very quick, nice, and courteous. I’ll definitely be taking all of my vacuum and steam cleaner needs back to this location.

Super wonderful place! We accidentally sucked up a cat toy and after messing with the vacuum decided we needed extra help to get it out....very nice gentleman told me to bring it in and they would take a look. He had it hooked up and got the toy sucked out in less than 1 minute! Since it was quick and easy, he didn't even charge me! Absolutely the best experience I've had with a business in forever! Give this location all your business! Huge Thank you!!

I brought my Dyson in for repair because it wouldn't start. They replaced the battery and it worked again. They charged me the same price as the part on Dyson's website. And all this while I waited for 10 minutes. This place is awesome!

Went into the Beaverton location today with a vacuum cleaner in need of repair. I was in and out quickly with a working vacuum cleaner in hand. The guy was super helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back as needed!

Stark's has a great selection, and the staff are generally very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.
I had an issue with my vacuum after having it serviced at the Beaverton location. Stark's reached out to me and corrected the problem; my vacuum is good as new again! Thank you for the great service!
