Tyson was extremely helpful and we didn’t feel pressured to buy right away. We did go back and get our new vacuum there and are very pleased with the warranty and service availability in store!

My Dyson upright vacuum cleaner stopped sucking! I hauled it into the closest Stark's Vacuums store in Beaverton, plopped it on the counter and a sales person greeted me immediately. Within 3 minutes, he had the vacuum cleaner in pieces and the reason(s) for the clog was discovered: CAT TOYS!!! Somehow, two small fuzzy mice had been sucked up and were clogging the air hose. He also determined that all the air filters were dirty and needed replacing, while mentioning something about cat hair having a way of doing that. To be perfectly honest, I have had the vacuum cleaner for many years and never cleaned or replaced the filters so it was time. All totaled, about $100. Next time I need to replace filters, Stark's is where I will go.

I had a quarter stuck deep in my Dyson and the gentlemen here managed to flush it out free of charge. Will definitely be back when I'm on the market for a new vacuum!

It is so wonderful to walk into a place and the person at the counter is so knowledgeable. My problem was diagnosed quickly- I was grateful for the low cost solution, although I know that can not always be expected. My vacuum is not easy to take apart unless you know what you are doing- I was so impressed as he quickly checked out the possible problem areas. Thank you for the wonderful service!

I recently dropped a heavy chair on my 30-year-old Miele vacuum and broke the part that connects the hose to the vacuum. Took it into Stark's and Josh, who was working the counter, found a replacement part in his inventory -- last one since this vacuum is old -- and replaced it in 10 minutes without charging me for labor. (The part cost around $35.) Definitely worth it since the vacuum is still going strong.) I hope my vacuum lasts another 30 years but if it breaks, I'm buying my next one from Stark's. Suck it, Amazon!

I had never been to Stark's before but would definitely go again and recommend them. I had a belt break in the middle rug cleaning - ugh whole house torn apart - not what I needed. I had to order the belt online from another source (shortage problems with Hoover). I took my rug cleaner in, they replaced the belt in about 5 min and didn't charge me anything. MY HEROES!!! Now I can get my house back in order! :-) THANK YOU!!!!
