One of the guys spent about 20 minutes with me working through a radio upgrade quote for my 2016 vehicle with no smart features. I had assumed it would be about half the price they quoted not knowing my car would require special parts for the dash to take an android auto unit. After I told them it was outside my budget they still gave me advice on how to get my current radio to work better and some diy workarounds for some of the features I wanted. They didn't make me feel guilty for not buying from them. Even though I didn't purchase anything it was a good experience and will go back if I end up having radio upgrades done.

I went in to ask for a installing price and they degraded my equipment because I got it for a great price from eBay. The tall white dude talk down on my amplifier and cable kit trying to get me to buy their inventory. No you're not getting my money. Congratulations for your 1 star review.

Amazing group of staff members. I think I've dealt with all of them at one point or another. Kevin, Jody, Jacob and Mike especially. I had some issues with a couple woofers that I had bought and they immediately and without question replaced them. Super knowledgeable on all things car stereo and extremely friendly without being pushy. I'd recommend them for all your car stereo and alarm needs and wants.

The staff has always been very helpful and polite. Mike took the time to help me out with my system and without trying to sell me something I don’t need. I had ideas of several things, they have helped me see where best to put my money and efforts. It’s nice to get guidance on how to approach something rather than just keep throwing a lot money at it and not getting the return. I have been into car stereos for 35 years and this is probably one of the best places I have been to. I have shopped around and their prices are good to fair. Actually many items I can’t find a better deal even online. Another thing is that they actually have items in store, it’s nice to be able to check things out in person before buying. They also don’t sell a bunch of junk equipment.
I do my own work so I can’t speak to installation. But I do plan on having Mike do a full DSP tune for me soon.
So many places can be shady and I don’t get that vib at all from this location.
If you’re looking to upgrade your tunes I would definitely recommend them.

Yeah this place is a total rip off They basically unlike any store want you to buy their product put a whole bunch of sales signs up and they are not real sales It is just to make the product look good They don't accept returns And they treat their customers horribly most places give you a receipt and you can bring it back if it's not working out not these guys definitely not a place I would have anybody or myself ever go back to They are a bunch of car salesmen in a speaker shop be careful if you go through them

Mike helped me at the front counter pick out which stereo was best for my needs in my business vehicle. He didn't try to up sell me on a higher end model or any other products while I was there. He simply listened to my needs, asked some clarifying questions and gave me a great deal. As a former sales person, this is exactly how I liked to treat my clients. I didn't bother to get a price from anywhere else. Thank you Mike!! The installation went great, and I use my android auto unit everyday getting me to my clients homes with ease. Honestly the best car audio shop in the area. I was met with a smile and a willingness to guide me in in the correct direction on my DIY spare tire subwoofer installation. Highly recommend them!!

Went to SKA in hopes of having some work done to help with my build. The installer who looked over my rig was super cool however I'm getting ghosted and he never followed-up with me. Far from a deal breaker for future needs but geez.

I am very happy with the advice, service and installation to upgrade the sound in my Bronco. Marc added sound-deadening inside and around all the wheel wells, installed a sub amp and woofer, and tuned the entire system. It's like night and day better. And even just driving down the highway without music, the ride is quieter too. Everything about my experience was very positive.
