Idk if I have ever been treated like this before so I was taken so off guard (employee was Chris). I always order a steak wrap from subway, have been ordering for YEARS, and I did an online pick up and ordered my usual! It didn't come with the meat heated, (cold steak... ick).... So I called asking about it. He not only belittled me, saying subway has never warmed steak up without asking in wraps, when another associate told me they are literally required to... which maybe every subway does it differently, totally okay! But it was the way he spoke to me. Chris was easily the most disrespectful food service employee I have ever dealt with. No apology. Instead accused me of stealing chips, I literally told him on the phone my partner ordered and had told me he placed two chip orders, so as per usual when I order online, I grabbed my own chips and grabbed my sandwich and went on my way. When he said I didn't pay for the chips on the phone, I offered to come back and pay for them, because I genuinely thought my partner had already paid for them. Instead, he was disrespectful and accusatory. Nick, I believe? Answered the phone later and was beyond kind, despite having no resolution or the ability to get a hold of his manager. He was kind and understanding despite no immediate refund or resolution, hire more nicks, get rid of Chris for the love of god. Subway has gotten expensive as is so having a rude or disrespectful employee is not helpful.

As nice of a location I've ever been to.Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggies to go aroundKid-friendliness: Have kids meals, didn't see, or look for, high chairs.Parking: Plenty of parking nearbyWheelchair accessibility: No concerns aside from holding the door. Would be nice if they had powered doors though.

Service differs based on which employee helps you, one of them is really nice, the other guy apparently expects to earn his wage without having to do anything.

Ordered ahead of time and my order was done perfectly and was ready to go when I picked up. My only complaint is that they didn’t have salt n vinegar chips but that’s not their fault.

At this location whoever worked on Saturday 7-23-22 provided a terrible customer service. Our office was trying to place a lunch order and I was told that we could not place a total of 9 sandwiches online but we could in person and when I sent one of my staff the person who was working said we couldn't because 9 would be considered catering. I wish they could've told us before we sent somebody to place an order. Now our entire office is late on lunch. The staff had also said "its going to be lunch time soon so I'm sorry I can't help you at this time with placing your order online or over the phone..." I am very disappointed with the service our office received. We give them business all the time since we are close by but we will be going elsewhere now.

"refresh" What a bunch of crap. Nothing is fresh. Subway still sucks, and nothing is fresh. Veggies look bad and wilted, the tomatoes were mushy and gross. I would rather have gotten some gas at taco bell next door *Edit after a few more bites I just couldn't do it anymore and I went into the taco bell next door. Definitely the grosses subway I've ever had

Kind of crazy that this Subway exists anymore. The employees main goal, it seemed, was to get people out of the store. The sandwich I had made, turkey, be was literally thrown together. Typically at Subway the turkey gets placed on and the cheese alternates pointing up and down so as to maximize coverage. This lady here did not give a single care to how this sandwich was. At the register, I want asked ,"anything else I can get you today?" or something like that - she said verbatim "that's all, right?"I'll go get a premade sandwich next door at Safeway next time.

Really busy Subway, Specially during Lunch rush Ladies behind counter super nice and efficient trying to help us All, very surprised to see how rude some customers can be with these people, one particular customer was so rude to the lady!! that I felt so sorry for her, gave Her good tip for putting up with that!

I love that they give you extra olives if you ask! Sandwich toppings are evenly distributed too, so you get all the flavors in every bite!
