I was not looking forward to visiting a car dealership but Brandon and Anastasia were very pleasant and helpful without being obnoxious and pushy. It helped that I knew what I wanted and completed most of the paperwork online so that when I arrived they had my car ready to roll. They sent me off with a couple cool gifts and it’s a beautiful dealership too. Very classy without excluding pretentiousness.
The entire process was a breeze and everyone at Audi Beaverton was attentive and polite. An offer of a yummy espresso drink of my choice from their very cool machine was a nice touch too. I will absolutely return for future purchases and ofc to service my Audi A4. (LOVE the car too btw!). Lastly, I appreciate that Audi Beaverton is family run and women owned.

Front and rear OEM Porsche wipers $65, no problem. $33 cheapest shipping, problem. Shipping was 50% of parts cost.

I’m seeing a lot of negative reviews of their Parts department, but my experience was great. I accidentally ordered a part I no longer needed and they were able to turn the package around after it had shipped and offered me a refund. Great customer service.

I purchased a Fuel pump through their online parts ordering system. Horrible communication!! I had to call and text them over 20 times over the course of 2 weeks to get my order processed. Also I paid extra for fast shipping which I did not receive.

Just so the public is aware, the reason why both the Audi and Porsche service departments are in shambles is because their management is nearly absent. They've struggled for well over a year to maintain positive company culture and display appropriate business practices. Instead, employees are experiencing high turnover and wrongful terminations. This creates a very difficult time as an owner to establish a relationship with your service representative when they keep leaving.
There have been multiple documented and reported instances of blackmail, sexual harassment from very specific members of management, misuse of power/influence, and neglect to employee concerns. On the owner's side, you have a high chance of experiencing little to no contact during your visit with your vehicle. Your car may not even be checked in for days and is totally forgotten about. You may also experience being lied to and being overcharged if your service advisor "doesn't like you". This has also been documented multiple times across multiple clients. These described issues are on-going and have not ceased.
This is the Porsche Beaverton/Audi Beaverton experience and it unfortunately has not changed and continues to worsen due to the lack of responsibility and initiative of their management to handle and address appropriate concerns, on both the employee and client side. As a long-time owner of both brands, what I've perceived is a major lack in constructive feedback to their employees and an effort to develop skills. Instead they prefer to find reasons to terminate employees and hire replacements in hopes that they know exactly what to do and when to do it with little to no guidance. I've perceived management outright ignoring clients who request reasonable contact with management to resolve an issue. I was specifically informed when I brought in my Audi that the service manager did not want to speak with me regarding my dire concerns as that "isn't her job and she does not communicate with clients directly".
If you've read this far, I plead to you from one owner to another to try and take your vehicle somewhere else. This is unfortunately not a professional service department as they struggle to maintain even the most basic processes of what's required to manage a service center. As a 24 year business owner in the automotive industry, I hope the appropriate management takes these concerns seriously for the sake of their company and reputation as some of the described concerns mean legal action. However based on their trends, I highly doubt this review will mean anything to Frank and Peter.

I have been a customer of Sunset Porsche for over 20 years. I have purchased from them and have also used their Parts and Service Departments for other Porsche vehicles. I have received nothing but top-notch service across the board. They are an outstanding dealership and offer the best in customer service of any dealership I have ever used. I know I'm in good hands with Sunset Porsche.

I recently bought a Cayman S and wanted to get PCCM added to it. Did not return my phone calls. Second, showed up at the dealership and got ignored for 45 minutes. Third, showed up to the dealership with my dad (several years ago) and we both also got ignored. Terrible service, terrible attitude. Just go somewhere else, Porsche Renton has treated me very well so has Porsche Bend.

Ordered a car cover from out of state in October and received continuous excuses on delivery. It is now February and they won't respond to email enquiries for an update. Finally got through on the phone and advised another month delay. I cancelled my order and they can no longer provide a refund on my Visa due to how long ago the order was placed and have to mail a check. I'm certain I won't receive that anytime soon. Super disappointed in this dealership parts department

I had the Ritz Carlton customer service from the first time I walked in the door. Kyle, Nick and Brandon Elliot all helped me out of a very difficult experience with my previous car from another dealership in town. I came in to buy a new car, they helped me decide on the best fit for my needs, they were polite, informative, responsive, and the entire team provided excellent customer service from showroom, to delivery, post follow up and the first oil change a year later.Also, their systems and processes were very streamlined. Loved the video inspection they sent me while my car was getting serviced, it was super helpful and relevant. This is the experience that creates customers for life.
