This business sold a vehicle in March of 2024.
The auctions they have had since that day until today have been invalid........
I purchased the vehicle at speeds auto auction in May
Now almost five months later .... Sunset Mini Storage has not complied with the requirements of the state.......
They seem unable to file a surety bond or letter of credit with DMV
Which they needed six months ago to legally conduct the auction in March
Repeated attempts to resolve their negligence are not being addressed as their owner is traveling and the staff /their insurance company are hard pressed to take advice from the dealership in Wilsonville that consigned the vehicle to Speeds auto auction
Still trying to get action from Sunset Mini Storage six months after their auction in March...........
Concerned about how long their inability to resolve this will persist

Front desk lady was awesome. Gave us free cookies and offered us a free queen size bed. Wouldn’t want to get a UHAUL truck from anyone else.

This happened today 6/9/2024. I would give none star if there’s an option. We drove 8 miles and put 1 gallon of fuel back to the tank, however, they charged another 3 gallons of fuel fee- $14.95. Extremely UNREASONABLE and we definitely felt robbed. Don’t rent their trucks!!

I've had storage units here for 10+ years. The grounds & buildings are well maintained. The management team are friendly, helpful. They have been especially accommodating when i had temporary access & unloading needs.
You can rent small trucks & vans of varying sizes. The vehicles are always clean & well maintained.
Im always happy to recommend Sunset Mini.
