Phenomenal selection, horrible employees. These grown adult employees are more focused on gossiping and socializing like middle schoolers than actually caring about the customer and the products they sell. They have a great selection of a variety of different supplements and health products, the store has so much potential but the employees they hire are awful.Likely under paid so they don't care about the job, but it is sad to see a store with such great potential plagued by horrible employees

Inconsistent lunch hours. I’ve tried to go in twice this week at different times and they are closed. Very frustrating for a store that is supposed to be open 10-6

Tina went so far out of her way to help me yesterday! The product I was looking for was discontinued and she spent so much time looking up other products to find the same formula....and she did at an even better price. will definitely go back!

I frequently shop at this Super Supplements store, since I always received excellent customer service, unfortunately today is not the case. I came in the store today and the female associate didn't even acknowledged my existence because she was too busy flirting with a male customer. She didn't even say "Hi, welcome in. Let me know if you need help looking for something." I spent about a few minutes looking for the item in the store, but couldn't find it. I went to the front of the store and guess what she is still chatting with the same male customer. The worst part is they were both aware I was standing in line patiently, so I could ask for assistance looking for the item. Did the female associate bother saying "Do you need help with something?" No, she completely ignored me and continued flirting with the male customer. You could practically feel the sexual tension in the air, so I just left the store. I spent a whole 5 minutes in the store without any greeting or being provided assistance because the female associate is too preoccupied flirting with the male customer than doing her job. 0/5 for horrible customer service and I will never come back to this store ever again.

Employee refused to let us in with our ada animal, stating because we didnt have a card he wouldnt let us in. Oregon state law does not require us to carry a card, nor are businesses allowed to require one. Employee was immediately hostile, said his manager made the rule, when i asked to speak to the manager, he then claimed he was the manager. I worked in retail for nearly 10 years, and Id have been fired if i had ever treated a customer that way or violated Oregon ADA laws. Do yourself a favor and dont shop here.

The employee saw our certified animal, and decided to violate ADA laws by requiring a card. By Oregon state law, we are but required to carry any card. As a business, you ARE permitted to ask "is it a service animal, and what service does it provide?" That's it. I offered to answer those questions. I showed where the official government website states we dont have to show any card. He didnt care and refused to help us. He stated his manager made the policy. So i asked if i could speak to them. He then stated HE was the manager. So i asked who made the policy. Now he says its the DISTRICT manager. He still refused to tell me how to contact them. So instead Ive reported them to their corporate. Im not in the habit of being a "Karen" but as someone who worked in retail for 10 years, i find his behavior unacceptable. And quite frankly, he broke the law. Do not shop here.

Best place to go to by far! Way better than GNC. Trust me on this. They are always super helpful and have every supplement you need whether it's creatine, protein powder or vitamins. The staff is always super friendly when I go in there too. I go back and re-stock on my protein essentials every 2 weeks. Highly recommend coming here!

Typically I have a great experience here. Today my online order went in. They emailed and texted me that my order was ready and when I arrived, only 1/5 of my order was on site. I had to drive to another store to get what I ordered. I was frustrated to say the least.
