bought a new tmobile plan, was help by Drake/ Derek on Feb 27th, 2024. , and was sent off informing me that the plan was active. Turned out the plan is not working, called Tmobile customer service, it was because sim was NOT activated. They cannot activate remotely. I had to come back to the store. very messy process to start a plan by this store on cedar hills

This is not a review of the product. This is *only* about the customer service. Long term Verizon customer, looking to make some changes. Friends are suggesting TMobile, so I go in with 1001 questions, and very clear that I am not buying anything at this point. Derek was everything I want in a customer service position. He answered all of my questions, even when I asked the same thing several times. I never felt like he had something better to do - like help someone who would be buying something. He didn't try to push one product over another, which is a rarity in most stores. I have a brand loyalty, and he respected that. He listened to my concerns about my current (soon to be ex) service. He addressed each of the items and what to expect from TMobile. He listened to what *I* need in a device (which is very different from a lot of people), and made recommendations based on my needs. I am not yet sure if TMobile is going to be the right service for me, but Derek very much is the go-to guy for all my questions. And, TBH, observing the other two folks on duty, they seem (from a distance) to be the same way. This leads me to believe that this starts with the manager setting a good example.

I was there to do an upgrade and they helped me but they act a bit childish if I don’t choose what plans they push. They kinda acted like a bunch of catty school girls with snarky remarks.

Great experience! Switched 6 lines from Verizon. Derek made it happen and my bill is less than half of what Verizon was charging! Derek even met me at store opening the next day (I came in close to closing on Saturday. Sunday is his day off) to complete everything. It took 4 hours to get all the lines and devices switched which I completely expected. Derek is the man! I thought all the employees I witnessed were great.

I moved from Washington state in late August and walked into this location just to ask for a replacement cord for my home wireless device that is supposed to be $50.00 monthly. I specifically told the tmobile employee that I had no money but he insisted that I upgrade to the new mobile home internet device and that it would be free. It was not free however because on my next bill I was charged double and I was told because it was a day before my billing cycle that the new device was given to me. This infuriated me and I will NEVER be a tmobile customer again as a result and recommend them to nobody.

Google map will lead you to Best Buy instead of T Mobile store if you searched this location. Also be aware that some 'T Mobile' stores on Google map are Metro T Mobile stores and you don't get the same deals as the actual T Mobile stores.

walked into the store needing help setting up my new iphone 15. the store manager here laughed, looked at his watch (came in 30 minutes before closing) and told me I did not have to come in and it is easy to do. If it is so easy why have I had to call customer help 3 different times to get my NEW phone working? I would have appreciated at least a little help when I came in the first time, instead I was greeted with smart remarks and zero help from the STORE MANAGER.

The wait time Is long to get help from a sales person. They didn't really have a better deal than my current provider. I wanted to get my teens their first phones and get the family plan. I decided to not go with them.

The guy who helped me was nice and helpful. But didn't take much time with me as a customer buying a new phone to figure out how to use it and transport data from old phone.

very bad sign of poor treatment of users trusting that it was open according to google maps and it is 10:03 and it is still closed there is a person inside and he doesn't even turn to look at me to give me any information! Bad attention without being attended to, there are more than 6 people outside waiting and very cold, what bad attention. I hope someone represents us as a user and takes action! ?♂️

This store has a very united team, everyone supports each other by doing the best for the customer. We stopped by to get an upgrade, which thanks to the staff, we got $800 for trade in. They didn't have the new cellphone in stock but one of the guys made it happen by running to another closest store to get the one we wanted!! Thank you guys! 10/10 ?

With them over 20 years. Customer service is less than poor, high turn over and after a recent trip, the people they employ are liars and I just couldn't do it longer
