Egan was a very knowledgeable and helpful representative, I got an upgrade on my phone and plan within only 10 minutes! He was willing to do whatever he needed to in order to make sure I got exactly what I wanted!

I went to this T-Mobile retail store on Tuesday 1/9 evening around 4pm.It took me one hour and 30 minutes to get phone upgrade.However, a day later after ani talked with T-Mobile representative with 611, I realized something else.T-Mobile customer service representative I talked was very knowledgeable. He handled my concern with the utmost need of me as a customer to get desired better service and deals on our phone upgrade. I went to this retail store but the retail store was trying to sell me so many extravaganzas which I really not needed such as trackers for three lines, P360 while I was not mentioned for their itemized monthly costs and was mentioned packaged with the phone upgrade which is very ridiculous trying to siphon off money from seemingly gullible customers. Good thing was I talked to T-Mobile representative at 611. He also clarified it is no better deal at the store than the representative unless to pick up the phone right away at the store but which was not the case since we had to get our new phones delivered to our home for the store does not carry desired colors of phone anyway.I came to T-Mobile carrier to save money on monthly phone bill and for better service but walking to this retail store now felt like car dealerships where they try to sell all the extravaganzas which we’ve to watch out for. Thank you ?? very much to T-Mobile 611 representatives.

Francis was the best she was so patient and walked me through step-by-step on every aspect of the iP and. All of the girls hair are so amazing I love this location and my entire family does too.

Don’t try 5G network. After I canceled my free trial, T-Mobile charge me 35$ setup fee and 50$ months fee. I spend few hours on the phone, and they asked me to go the store to get the PIN number. This is the third time I am at store on fixing my account issue. I only want my account closed and money back.

Mak (store manager) and Sofia helped me activate my e-sim card on a replacement phone today. They were kind, courteous and extremely helpful, despite some hiccups with the e-sim activation. This is now my go-to Tmobile store.

Clown show. I went in to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile. Axel and Egan were the two "working."We walked in to find the two arguing. Over the 2.5 hours at the store, they managed to misorder a few times to include crediting the wrong phone purchase to the wrong trade in.Ultimately, it took me an hour the next day, on hold with T-Mobile to fix their mistakes. Phone support confirmed Axel incorrectly placed the order.

Worst customer service ever by Bruce, this store is reseller and not an official T-Mobile Store. They also suck at porting over number it took 3 hours to get new phones. Terrible terrible terrible. Do yourself a favor and go to an actual corporate store at Washington Square which is just a few miles away. You'll save yourself a ton of headache.

I went in a few days ago for a new phone line and internet bundle. Bruce was amazing! He took the time to explain the options and plans with me and gladly put the screen protector on my phone for me. He was a very informative and patient. I highly recommend this T-Mobile location!

Been a T-mobile customer for 10+ years and they have never let me down.This particular location is the absolute best and the employees really went above and beyond when my Galaxy S22 stopped reading my SIM card. They spent time hearing the issue with my phone, diagnosing it, calling the RSL team, and getting a new phone under warranty as soon as possible.The store can get pretty busy which is a tad frustrating, but nothing the sort of an extremely long wait time. The store manager (Mak) is extremely knowledgeable and extremely courteous.

Predatory sales practices. The worse bait and switch, I had ever experienced. Was sold a set of 3 tracking device and misled to believe it was $9 for the items. When it was actually $9 for the service for the trackers... per month... on a 24 month contract which was hidden in small print. Upon discovery returned the product the same day... but had to pay $20 for restocking... per item. Total $60. Total sketch.

I have been in and out of this T-Mobile location several times this month to navigate replacement and upgrades for all phones on our family plan. I hit some serious hiccups with the insurance company (NOT TMobile) that made this process *very frustrating. This location (specifically, the amazing manager, Mac) saved my sanity as they worked creatively and intelligently through our unique situation. I actually look forward to visiting the store! Trust me, that’s saying a lot as I am a crazy busy working mom and my time is precious to me. Keep up the amazing service!
