My friend went in yesterday to get some groceries after they had a hard day. The cashier was nothing but rude, she berated my friend for the products she bought including berating her for the way she eats uncrustables, calling the scents she picked disgusting and calling her disgusting for not eating baby red potatoes and choosing an instant version. The foods my friend is able to eat should be none of this cashiers concern and to call her disgusting and berate her is unacceptable.
This cashiers vest was covered in band patches ( KISS,Led Zeppelin, etc.) and was an older women. I'm not sure who urinated in this cashiers cheerios but it was not enough to warrant berating a customer and calling them disgusting repeatedly for the products they buy. This is completely unacceptable and how that women still has a job here is beyond me. Pick a different store to shop at, because clearly this place can't hire respectful employees

Quite displeased with my latest trip to Target. The checkout situation is always a mess at best. However, when I go in at 9am and there isn't a single person to check me out that's a problem. The self checkout lines were open but I had a full cart and was going to take a bit of time. Target made me feel like an asshole because the line began building up as I'm left to service myself. That is very poor customer service...

I've been calling the store for 45 minutes, and no one has picked up. What the hell is happening at that store? I would like to confirm if you have something in stock before driving all the way down there.

If you are looking for trading cards this is the worst store to go to in the area. The employees open the boxes and buy what they want for themselves and their friends before they hits the shelves. They only put the stuff no one wants on the shelves and keep the good stuff behind customer service for whoever they deem should be allowed to buy cards. I’ve checked this store almost daily for a month trying to buy pokemon cards for my son and have found nothing. They also mean mug any customers who stop and look at the card area. They could easily just set it up like other stores selling at customer service where they limit one or two products per person but no they’d rather sell to their friends and family. Worst target in the area. Will never shop here again. Just another discriminatory Target.

When I tell you I gasped. Never have I seen such a disgusting restroom in my life. They have gas station bathrooms here. Absolutely disgusting. One stall had period blood on the walls and one bathroom had poop all over the toilet.

Not the cleaner meat. Restocks happen at the absolute normal inconvenient times, and the workers get extremely rude if your shopping is in their way and they’ll let you know it by beings rude. Everything is always either sold out, or in the wrong places with the wrong price. Too many times I’ve found something labeled at 4.99 just for them to tell me the code I la wrong, and rings up is 60$ plus. Who’s doing that, customers trying to steal, or just inept employees?

So I want to purchase kitchen aid attachment and I saw the price in Best Buy $19 so I show this to the checker and about to pay they said they wouldn’t do the price matching because it’s deferent item? But technically the same. Same brand kitchen aid. ?????? This is horrible and I had experience bad customer service it seems like I’m not welcome to the store because I’m wearing slippers and my color. See attached file picture

I keep forgetting to avoid this location, so I keep going and having bad experiences. It hasn’t had a renovation yet, so no Ulta, the Starbucks doesn’t have Nitro, and the Bullseye’s Playground is half the size as those who are used to those in the renovated Targets. They also still have the old self-checkouts, only four of them, oh and only on one side of the store because there’s only one entry and exit. I’ve also been surprised to see that the self-checkout is never staffed, like there’s always someone around, but they don’t have someone whose role it is to stand at the self-checkouts and somehow not make awkward eye contact with you yet somehow be there immediately if you have problems with the machine or have a spill, like at other Targets. If they do have someone, these employees have been very judgmental and speak with harsh, loud voices, just enough to not quite be yelling. If you are personally or are shopping with someone who’s Autistic, I strongly suggest avoiding this location. You cannot get in and out of this location quickly with little interaction like you can in most other Targets (you may be approached even if you avoid approaching employees), the atmosphere is busy and tense, and stock/layout/policies (only 10 items in self-checkout) are not the same as you may have come to expect from other locations. One small positive is that it stocks more variety of food items than Washington Square location.

Needs more cashiers or self-checkouts. If it’s an afternoon or weekend go somewhere else or prepare to wait in a ridiculous line.

Beaverton Target Returns & Starbucks
They did not let me exchange unopened diapers for another size. I had purchased them online and had accidentally purchased the wrong size. They only refunded and so the sale price I purchased them at I could not buy replacements at that cost.
Also the Starbucks refused to refill my tea. I purchased my tea there for the sole reason of being able to get a refill (per their policy and MANY social media videos saying you could) before I left.
Will not recommend this location to ANYONE!
