We have always had great service working with Terminix for about 20+ years now. Sean Wilson our current and long term rep has been awesome. He is always on time, personable, respectful, and very responsive to our requests. I have referred Terminix to several of our friends and they as well have been very happy and continue to use their service.

Our treatments have been very successful at keeping ants out of the house compared to before. Our technician Matthew Martel is friendly and knowledgeable and does a good job.

Terminix has been awesome in getting the pests out of our home. Ants, bugs, mice, rats, and squirrels have all been cleared out of our home since Terminix started servicing our home.

I scheduled an appointment for a free inspection. No one ever showed up, and I never received a call or email to explain why. I contacted customer service, and they rescheduled my appointment. Once again, no one shows up or texts/calls to inform me of their status. I contact customer service again. They tell me they cannot do raccoon removal in this region, even though their website says otherwise. So instead of letting me know they can't provide this service, this company decided to ghost me and give me the run-around. Do not work with them in the Portland region.
