I have been going to Thao for the last 3 years for hair color, hair cut and styling. She is very professional and recommends and uses products that are safe for my thinning hair. She respects individual preferences and is fun to work with.

She is absolutely amazing. I always worry about too much being taken off my hair but she did exactly what I wanted. She’s kind, professional and has a great sense of humor. She did my daughter’s hair over a year ago and I loved it, it’s the reason I came to get mine done with her.

I normally don't get a professional hair cut. It's been 5+ years since I've last gotten a professional cut because of a bad experience but let me tell you that this cut was worth the money. Thao was super communicative when scheduling and I was able to be seen earlier during the day. Her studio room is perfect and I love the 1:1 experience here versus a regular salon. I was a bit lost because I couldn't find her room but she was so sweet and reached out. I wanted some dimension but nothing too high maintenance and Thao gave me such a great cut and layers that framed my face really well! She also definitely knows how to blend because I left without any choppy layers!

Thao really made me feel like she cares about it my hair, my routine, and my goals. She asked questions and for old pics of how I liked my hair previously. I'd never had a hairstylist ask me about my hair before so it was such a pleasant surprise. She was also upfront about what she thought would work for my face shape and hair so I respected that a lot. I brought a book to read but I didn't need it at all. Thao was fun to converse with and the time passed quickly! I have straight black hair and came in for a textured lob and balayage. I also wanted someone who would understand Asian hair. Super happy with the results! Thanks Thao!

This review is long overdue. Thao is the best! She's been cutting my hair for years and even though I'm a guy I like my hair long and it's not easy to keep it looking good. Thao is very personable and downright funny! She cares about her clients and just the conversations with her make it worth going. Thank you Thao you deserve all the great reviews!

Had a lovely experience with Thao from start to finish! Writing this review after my first experience with her creative services.I went in for a cut and all over color. She took the time to listen to my wants & needs, shared some expertise, asked clarifying questions, and then began my hair transformation process. Really appreciated the attention to detail every step of the way!While my color was processing, we talked about everything under the sun. I remember seeing some other reviews about how kind and thoughtful Thao is and I can attest to it myself!At the end of my experience, she shared some advice to keep my hair healthy with my new color and styled my hair PERFECTLY.I wouldn’t change a thing about this experience and I can’t wait to go back for more hair magic in the future!Services: Shampoo & conditioning
