One particular male staff member was incredibly rude and pushy to me and my partner whilst we were simply window shopping and looking around.
This staff member kept ignoring us when we had approached them, simply responding with short and rude "Okays" and "Are you going to buy anything?", whenever we were needing assistance or even when it was silent.
It got so stressful to the point we simply had to leave because of the negative attitude, constant staring and aggressive sighs, and mounting pressure to buy something or get out.
It felt very unwelcoming, which is odd because typically the staff here is amazing and my partners experiences previously have been nothing short of awesome!
Hopefully this will not happen next time, it's really disheartening.

Great place. Friendly and knowledgeable. I come in for disposable vapes and I am never dissatisfied. I’m always in a rush but it’s hard not to stick around and look at the variety or talk to some friendly peeps!

I have been getting my discs here for disc golf. I forget the guy who does ordering, but he is friendly helpful and super knowledgeable. I have been in a few times, and staff has always been good. They don't all know about the discs, but they are honest and don't try to make stuff up and willing to help if looking for something specific. I've never had an issue here, and I have always had a good experience.

Wasn't greeted when I walked in. Needed help with piercing jewelry and was never acknowledged. They greeted the man that walked in 2 minutes after me though.

This has been the top place for awesome functional glass art for decades. They have some amazing pieces! Great prices! Also clothing, disk golf accessories, piercing accessories, and every smoking accessory. New glass from top artists all the time. Their arcade is super fun too! ?

I'd recommend this shop as a last resort/convenience option only.
Got a portable concentrate vape from here that I later found out was less than 1/2 the cost online. Tried unsuccessfully to get any sort of replacement items from them for it, which ended up being (surprise) readily available online.
Disposable nicotine vapes here are easily 10%-15% more than just about any other shop in the Portland area. Non-existent return policy on those if there are issues btw.
Be aware they'll demand to see your government ID for any credit card purchase. Customer service is wildly variable depending on who's working. I've had completely friendly and competent assistance, down to the polar opposite that I experienced on my last visit. I'd recommend going the extra distance to literally anywhere else, if not just saving the money and purchasing online.

Pretty horrible customer service most of the time, but they are the closest place with my choice of vape, so I stay. Definitely wish the customer service would improve.
