Management was not very kind. We always paid our rent on time and once we accidentally wrote our rent check in the wrong checkbook and it got bounced.Instead of talking to us or letting us know it didn’t go through so we could fix it they put a notice on our door saying we had 30 days to get out. It didn’t feel like management cared about the people in the units, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Additionally our neighbors were having trouble with the people who lived upstairs to them, they made so much racket and our neighbor went to management many times, they ended up having to move out because it never stopped and they were so loud.

This place has a ton on mold. Managers aren’t accommodating. They’re snarky and have attitudes. They threatened to tow my car because they didn’t have it in their books… they say after I signed my lease. No maintenance outside. Spiderwebs EVERYWHERE. You can find a better place to live.

I am so disappointed with the lack of professionalism from the site manager Sandy and Kerri. We received RUDE voicemails and written notices several times. This is by far, the worst apartments I have lived at. We didn’t realize until we moved, most of the things we were storing in our closets were COVERED with mold. I wasn’t going to write a review because we’ve moved on to bigger and better things but we just received our deposit back and it’s sketchy to say the least. We’ve paid almost $500 for things they were not able to describe what for in the paperwork. We’re super upset to be charged for so many things considering the state of the apartment when we moved in, the screens were full of dust, there is a constant ant problem and our stove didn’t even work when we moved in. We went a whole month with being told to limit our water and sewage usage, a whole week of that we were told not to do basically anything (no showers, dishes, flushing toilets). They did allow us to use a vacant apartment to use the restroom and they couldn’t even be bothered to clean the bathroom before letting us use it. Do not move here, it seems cheap because it is cheap.

Excellent apartment complex I don't understand any of the negative reviews? I am a pretty new resident but the current manager is such a great person very professional and listens to anything you may need, her husband does some of the maintenance and is a kind person as well, the location of these apartments are excellent can barely hear the busy roads nearby and its extremely quiet and peaceful here, the inside of my unit is in great condition very spacious as well. ?

A great green space, perfect for complete sun exposure - almost nowhere to hide in the shade - full of paved paths for walking, bicycling and enjoying a bit of peace in an otherwise busy urban setting. Enjoy disc/frisbee golf, playgrounds, and workout areas as you wander through the paths and fields of this great space.

The 2 years that I lived there was very nice. Quiet and serene. It was very close to everything from work, stores, medical facilities and such. It has a good pool area and close to parks with walking paths. I would still be there is not for moving with my son and ohana so we can buy a house. Management is very helpful and nice.

PAST TENANT, WAIT BEFORE YOU VISIT OR SIGN ! Based on personal experience, interactions and conversations with neighbors Sandy the manager of Park At Greenway Apartments, seems to have a disconnect with tenants of color. Witch explains her dry attitude towards my wife and I, thats opinion, but here's some important facts. After about 7 months into our lease we discovered MOLD in our unit (#50) bathroom between the toilet and shower. We also noticed small mold spots on the ceiling. Sad part is we had our 9 & 3 yr old with us in this unit. (BEWARE THEY ARE PAINTING OVER THE MOLD TO COVER IT UP, THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS!) Because of the awkward relationship my wife and I were hesitant to confront the issue. Sandy seemed nice when she initially showed us the unit & as soon as we moved in, it seemed her attitude/ demeanor toward us changed. She's was hardly ever in her office. The communication in regards to info/ reminders where always written in a condescending manner. The landscaping around our upstairs units was disgusting, never kept-up & maintained the amount of Cobwebs and spiders that existed prior to me cleaning was embarrassing. Our lease was nearing the end & we couldn't wait to move so we paid our last months rent in full and moved out 2 weeks early. We were even courteous enough to give Sandy a heads up of our early departure, and gave her the OK to start prepping our unit for future renters giving her the opportunity to move someone sooner then later. My wife has a small art business, (roxannemarieart.com) & most project are small enough to work on from home, we understood we may have some small cleaning fees to pay when we moved out. Other then that we kept our unit extremely clean. To our surprise Sandy was kind enough to give us a check for $45 out of our $1200 deposit, wow she really took advantage of us. In my opinion it seems Sandy used our deposit to pay for fraudulently inflated cleaning cost. I mentioned this particular detail, as it was shared with me from a tenant while we lived there. But there may be the possibility, Sandy uses a family members maintenance/cleaning business to out source some of the "Park at Greenways" cleaning work too. If this is true, it's wrong, the idea that one could patiently profit in these scenarios and hide behind legal agreements could be discouraging and make one feel helpless. We are good renters and have an excellent record of rental history along with strong references that would agree. Sandy isn't happy with her job as an apartment manger, in my opinion & it shows. Sandy is in it, for the rent free apt, & not for the sake and well being of the tenets in my opinion and it shows.

I want to Say A Big THANK YOU!! to The Park At Greenway Apartments. I moved into a one bedroom apartment October 2019 with a one year lease, but Due to the COVID 19 I had to move,I simply went Into the office explaining to office apartment manager Sandy my situation with good graces. The Park At Greenway not only let me out of my one year lease without holding me responsible but also refunded my deposit and welcomed me back when my situation improves. Thank you again The Park At Greenway apartments. Sincerely Shari Johnson

Have lived here for almost three years with my fiancé and we love it!! The location is beautiful by the park and the complex is quiet and safe. Any issues are handled immediately and professionally by management which we really appreciate. Management is always professional, prompt and has great communication with tenants which makes us feel appreciated. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone apartment hunting

I have lived at The Park At Greenway for 2 years going onto my 3rd. My roommate and I have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff of the complex. When an maintenance issue arises we receive quick responses and transparent communication on the time frame and tasks that will be done. Sandy works very hard to keep everything running smooth and has come in on her day off to fix things. We have had a couple mild mold issues in the corner of our closet which has been taken care of, as well as our bathroom which has had the fan replaced and is fixed also. Not only will Sandy fix the problem, she takes the time to help train you on how to avoid it in the future. We have a lovely view of the park, and the pool is great when it is open for summer. We hope to live her for many more years to come as rent is very competitive, the location has plenty within walking distance, and management is super!

Well I totally agree with the above review about being charged my entire deposit for “Smoking Damages” which was my entire deposit. Never have I once smoked in the apartment. When I would go for a smoke it would be in the parking lot with the neighbors almost everyday. I was told by sandy that my deposit would be mailed out immediately and that they have 30 days to get it to me. Now after being strung along, with being told my deposit was in the mail, 30 days rolls around and I still haven’t seen the check. So I have to dig deeper to figure out why. After multiple messages trying to reach sandy(on another 2 week vacation) I reach out to the property manager of all their facilities. She proceeds to tell me that my accounting bill is in the mail and that I owe them 100 dollars. She then proceeds to tell me that my apartment has “smoke damage” and they needed to repaint, bring in an ozone machine and various other charges bc the appt smelled like smoke and or cannabis. Now to mention again, I had NEVER once smoked in the apartment. I ask why was I not informed about any of these things. She stated that we aren't required to call you about it. Super sketchy. The final walk through with Sandy and Kerri went well, they told me my check from my deposit would be in the mail that weekend because the actual property manager doesn’t like keeping things on her desk. NO MENTION OF SMOKE SMELL OR ANY DAMAGE at all! They fact the lady on the phone told me they had to repaint because of the stains showed me right then and there they were full of it. The reason they didn’t tell me about the damages was because they wanted to make sure they spent all of my deposit on the cleaning of my extremely clean appt so it did not come out of the company’s pocket. Felt like a scam from the moment I got on the phone with the lady from the property management company. Super defensive and kept raising her voice to make sure I understand why they did it. Be very careful when moving out of these apartments, sandy will tell you not to get any cleaning services or carpet cleanings because they say it’s included with the move out/has to get done either way so don’t waste your money and they have to use their own people to do it. Felt like I was completely shafted when all was said and done.

I have been at this complex for a a little over a year now and just renewed my lease. Sandy and Arnie are the BEST! They genuinely care about their tenants and respond to repairs/maintenance issues quickly (which is hard to come by anymore). There's always parking, quiet neighborhood and apartments are very cozy. The only downside is no washer and dryer in unit.
