This is my favorite store of any kind in all of the Portland area! The employees are helpful and friendly. The manager seems to bring out the very best in her team. The prices are quite reasonable. The store is immaculately clean. I could go on for a long time with praise for this place.

Sometimes, you can get the same items that you find in burlington and homegoods at a cheaper price. They have good shampoos. I Sometimes struggle to find the one I always purchase, so I started to buy extras from here

This location has the worst customer service I have ever had! Two nasty women work behind the counter. One is the CS coordinator . I spend a couple thousand dollars per month online and go into that store to do my returns. These two women have snarls on their faces the entire time they were “helping” me, complaining how i should have come early in the morning (when they aren’t there to be forced to wait on me), that other customers were not happy about me taking time returning items, how much work it was to put prices on all my items after I left, and slapping each package down on the counter. I was there on 4/19/24 at 1:30 pm. I hope the lady who helped me can be spoken to, plus the sour looking CS Coordinator working there at the same time. I just wish I would have gotten their names. I will add a post with their names if I go back. I doubt anything will be done, but I will NEVER go back to the Beaverton location.

Horrible store layout. Extremely hard to navigate through the narrow aisles when busy.
Stuff was thrown all of over the place, no clear assortment of anything besides jewelry.
I initially had a few items in my cart, but I was so disgusted with how chaotic the store was, that I ultimately left.
I’ll save my time and money for Marshall’s.
