As a first-time mom, leaving my 5-month-old son at daycare to go back to work was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. It’s such an emotional time and the thought of leaving him in the care of strangers was overwhelming. But the amazing team at Turquoise Learning Tree truly helped me with the transition and now he is 9 months old and just the most fun.
The infant teachers, Ms. Omaira, Ms. Sydney, Ms. Barbara, and Ms. Savannah, have been so kind, patient, and attentive with my little one (and me). You can tell they genuinely care about the babies in their care. I also really appreciated how supportive the director, Delany, is. She walked me in during those first tough drop-offs, which meant so much to me. She always asked how I was feeling that day, those small check-ins really helped me feel supported. Seeing the assistant director, Haley, holding my baby when I came to pick him up made me feel like everyone there is involved and cares for your child.
The Procare app is another huge plus. I love it! The teachers keep me updated throughout the day with photos, feeding times, diaper changes, and naps. I can message the teachers or admin whenever I have a question, and they’re always responsive and helpful, whether it’s about my son’s day or tips on sippy cups and bottles.
It’s clear that the staff not only care for the children but also support the parents, which makes such a big difference. I’m incredibly grateful for the care my son has received and for how much peace of mind they’ve given me as a new mom.

We recently enrolled our infant at Turquoise Learning Tree and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Prior to enrollment, we were given a personalized tour of the facility and had the opportunity to ask questions and better understand the childcare program, as well as the overall childhood development philosophy offered by Learning Tree. We were reassured by the level of professionalism exhibited by the staff and their attentiveness to us as new parents. The facility appeared to be spotless and each room we observed was full of children participating in coordinated activities both administered and overseen by the staff.
Leading up to our child’s first day, the director of the school was communicative and eased us through the process of preparing for childcare. We learned that all activities related to our child’s day would be communicated through a personalized app where we would have the ability to view pictures, follow along with noteworthy activities throughout our child’s day, and ask questions if desired. This has been an excellent tool for us, as we feel as though we can be connected to our child throughout the day. We were also grateful to learn that Learning Tree offers flexible care options for parents with specific needs, as well as a robust meal program.
For anyone seeking childcare opportunities, I would strongly encourage you to consider Learning Tree.

Our children love attending preschool and summer camp at the Learning Tree. The staff are loving and caring, and the activities and curriculum keep everyone engaged. We appreciate you all, Thank You!

I have had my son in other preschools as well as toured some around Beaverton and this is the best one hands down. I feel so safe and comfortable dropping him off. When he cries the teachers comfort him. They show the kids love, not just structure and as a single mom I value that. Ms. Lettie was so amazing to me and my little man, I am so grateful to have had her as my sons full time teacher.On top of the care, the curriculum is top notch, my child actually learns something every day. They always send out the weekly plan so the parents know what their children are doing in school. I also love how they are very professional when it comes to any incidents, they will inform you of everything, even if it’s a scratch. It is so relieving as a parent to trust that your child is in good hands.Thank you Turquoise learning tree!

Our daughter attends Turquoise Learning Tree and we can’t say enough good things about the staff and program. She loves going to “school” and has learned so much. After almost a year at home due to Covid, the staff worked with us to help make the transition to school easier for her and us. They are very responsive and it’s very clear they care for all the kids and love what they do. We are so happy we found them!

My Baby Girl just started going here during covid and she absolutely loves it!Everyone is amazing from administrative staff to ALL teachers!Administrative staff is always so helpful , the process to enroll her was smooth! I was afraid at first cause I'm new at this parent duties Lol but definitely Turquoise staff made it easy for me!

My 3.5 and 2 year old kids go here and have been doing great. Teachers are very friendly and professional. Kids do a lot of activities and really enjoy the time being there.

I was really scared about bringing my daughter to daycare and going back to work full time. But all of the teachers here are SO amazing, it honestly feels like a little family. I drop my daughter off and she runs to go hug her teachers. She has learned so much since starting, they are always having some fun activity and make sure to keep the kids busy all day. You can absolutely tell how much they love all of the kids that go there, so thankful we found the turquoise learning tree!

I can't say enough about this daycare. The staff are caring and attentive, the directors are responsive and organized and everyone goes above and beyond for the kids and families. After two horrible experiences, it has been so refreshing to find a place we are comfortable caring for our son. I highly recommend Turquoise!

I have to add to my review since I now bring my 2.5 year old to Learning Tree. His teacher Natalie always greets my son with a joyful smile and makes me absolutely comfortable in leaving my kid in her care. I can tell that she really, truly loves kids. Thank you teacher Natalie!Excellent school. My son started this fall as a 4-year-old. He had previously been in preschool elsewhere since the age of 2.5 so we, as parents, were somewhat apprehensive and worried that he would have a difficult transition from one school to another. This was not the case. I just asked my son what he thought of Teacher Lettie and his one word response was, "Fun!" When asked about his second teacher, Debbie, he said, "Fun!" That says it all for me. My wife and I are very happy and impressed with the quality of care and education our son is receiving at the Turquoise Learning Tree in Beaverton. We also have a 15-month old and he will be joining our older son very soon at Turquoise. Thanks to the entire staff there.

My daughter has been going here now for a year now and love's everything about it. I appreciate the systems and the curriculum as well as the semi-formal approach from teachers and administrative people. Basically they are formal when it need to be and not formal when comes to making sure the kids are okay and the parents have a little flexibility. Also, they have Ballet and Soccer in house, no need to drive the kids anywhere. Awesome!!!
