No bad things to say. Making a rsvp via phone was simple, fast, and coming in to pick up the rental the following day was a quick procedure as well. I would recommend going to this location. It was reliable and convenient to where I was living. A couple of my friends and coworkers have gone to this location too. If you have a far move and have to return the rental back to the same location. Luckily a gas station is right in front of the building so you can always fill the tank right back to where it was! :)

LOVE Mark and his wife (didn't catch her name) so so so kind. I would drive across town to rent a uhaul from them again.

Parking is a bit challenging, but i would recommend renting from here based on the excellent customer service. The manager is wonderful to work with!

What a great rental experience! We will definitely choose this location whenever we need to rent a van specifically because the service was so excellent.
Friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely well-maintained vehicles and location.
It's not often that you say "Wow, that was such an easy, great experience" when renting a truck or van, but here I am, saying exactly that.
Keep up being aces, my friend.

A dumpster is far worth it's goodness to not rent and move your stuff and buy the same stuff off FB that's will probably deliver it to you.

I was charged twice for the same truck. They, additionally charge me for gas dispite returning the tank with more fuel than it had at checkout. They couldn't find an order for boxes I had placed over the internet prior to moving day. Even after I showed them the email recept they made me wait for fifteen minutes before they "let me" take them.

Employee who I spoke to on the phone was so rude!!! She continued to refer to me as sweetheart and honey, I asked her to stop calling me that and that I was not her honey she told me that because she was from the south everyone calls people that and if I have a problem with that it's my problem and then immediately hung up on me. I tried calling back but no one answered so I called the service center she apparently cancelled my reservation day of without even me telling her to do so. Now I don't have a U-Haul for my move. Please will someone in management call me to resolve this issues. Your employees attitude is unacceptable. Hopefully this can be a learning experience for everyone and that your employees can learn to treat your customers with respect and dignity

Best customer service! Rented uhauls in the past with some horrible service and misinformation. Will be going back here again, when needed!
