horrible customer service, they kicked me out and got angry because I started recording, I didn't make any problems to the equipment, the guys told me to don't come back and that I could never rent equipment again, All people can be recorded while they are within working hours, Now I got a reason to purchase my own Equipment, Thank you. Guys Good Job , Keep going with all your abuses !!?

DO NOT LEAVE THE PREMESIS WITHOUT YOUR TOTAL INVOICE COMPLETE.I was told to return the truck to the drop off and that a receipt would be sent to me. When I received my receipt, I was charged for 223 miles when I actually drove 23. My bill was 4x what it should have been. When I called customer service I was told they could notify the branch and I would be contacted in 3-5 days.I went back to the location and received a refund upon presenting the error, mistake or fraud.This location, owned or operated by Bob Miles, encourages people to leave without reconciling the charges in order to overcharge in the hopes that customers will not notice. No apologies. Just terrible.

I wish I could give 0 stars ... don't EVER rent here. My husband just tried to pick up a 15 ft truck to get a roll of carpet and "Bob" refused to rent to him saying the carpet would be too heavy for their truck, which it's not according to the weight limits of the truck. He was so rude and aggressive with my husband and refused to explain or answer questions and told my husband he needed to leave without any explanations. Bob was too busy flirting with some young girl when my husband walked up and was he was instantly on a power trip. Either that or he's racist because my husband is black. But we've never ever been treated this horribly before. It's ridiculous and Bob has no business in the service industry. Uhaul I hope you see this because his behavior was disgusting and needs to be remedied immediately.

Great experience! Ladies working in the office were all friendly and nice. Van was in good condition... and had a backup camera! Return was quick and easy. Parking lot is small/full so you may need to move the van out first, then park in the van's spot like I did.

Website needs to improve in order to follow-up steps to reserve and returning cars along extra fees use to be cheap compare to others I know covid made this but I'm a costumer and because I'm paying for a service which is not free.....
