Extraordinarily bad location. The truck we rented ran like an early 2000's Ford. Loud and slow. Additionally their checkout system, if done after hours, is not user friendly. The website runs very poorly and reloads to the home page in the middle of checkout apparently. Customer service was horrible. Elizabeth was new, so I don't blame her but she may have not explained thoroughly at the beginning. We had our check-in/checkout links sent to the wrong person. The real kicker was (I believe) Sarah. Very rude and aggressive. Made multiple untrue claims, disregarded the odometer mileage in relation to gas charges, and attached additional fees despite the failure of their own system to work properly. Highly recommend NOT using this location.

U-Haul and Sunset mini storage along with June are wonderful to work with. Our stuff is secure and the check in and rental process of the U-Haul truck was simple and efficient. June worked with us to get us the best deal possible

They open at 9:30 am, they said my rental time started at 9am. The vehicle they rented me kept beeping at me. The check oil light was on. They said that’s OK. Finally realized the customer should drive a truck that might break down. Traded out for other one. Got going at 10 am… they still said the clock started at 9am… before they even open. Nice people; they just do t really seem to care about their customers or doing what’s right.

The office lady was incredible and efficient and friendly, and the experience was very straight forward and clean! I'l highly recommend this location! Only good experiences!

My daughter has a storage unit here and I was so impressed with everything they had to offer, from boxes, snacks, etc. they even have brooms and dustpans for the units if you need.

Watch out!! I only drive 8mile and put one gallon back,maneger Ben still charge me for extra 3 gallon it cost $15, 8mile drive cost me $20 for gas.

Theives and liars, I drove only 8 miles and gave them tank above full. They charged me for 2 gallons despite the fact that I have the photo of the gas meter at full.... and truck at full load consumption is 10 mpg ... even in math, they are failing ... this place is a rip off

Ouch ... You can tell the owner/manager has had some bad experiences with customers and holds it against everyone. There was at least 5 different printed home made signs and documents they want you to sign that aren't U-Haul corporate documents. Documents with caps lock on and exclamation points. And the parking? 1 second parking? ? Just wow, avoid this place! It reeks of "you're going to have a problem here no matter what".
