I booked two appointments over the phone, one for all over highlight and color and another for my mother in laws hair cut. I specifically told them on the phone the haircut was for my mother in law. Well basically they dyed her hair at the time for her haircut despite the note saying the haircut was for someone else… upon getting to my appointment a few hours later the hair stylist Robin W. started yelling at me about how she didn’t know there were two cut and colors and all this other stuff that did not make sense. It’s one thing to mess up and admit you made a mistake, robin did the complete opposite. She was rude, snappy, yelled at me and interrupted me several times. All because she was incapable of reading the notes for the appointment, critically thinking, and flat out being a decent human being. I waited two weeks for an appointment that I don’t get because now they don’t have time for me after their mistake. I will not be returning to ulta period. For hair, makeup, etc. Not because of the mistake but because of robins terrible customer service and time management.

I thought this would be a wonderful place and for the price it looked amazing as soon as I got there, I was told my hair color was dark so therefore, I would have to lighten it before I could get a lighter color so I did what the hair technician said she died my hair color from black to brown to transition into a lighter color. I was trying to go blonde so she told me I needed to go from black to brown so that we could lighten it so I scheduled for an appointment but the soonest they had was over three weeks out so I scheduled it the day of the appointment I get there on time and they tell me that they don’t have time for me Which was very frustrating because I already waited three weeks and it was very unprofessional at the moment but I wanted it done so I rescheduled again with them fast-forward another three weeks later I get to the Hair Salon for my appointment And then the lady proceeds to tell me that my hair color is too dark and she cannot make me the color that I want so then I said didn’t you tell me we were supposed to brighten it gradually she then proceeds to tell me no I can’t help you And there’s nothing we could do very unprofessional felt like it was just a money grab for the first session sold me products that I really didn’t need for my hair and pushed me out the door. I highly recommend you go to a real Hair Salon and not this half of a joke Hair Salon infused with the makeup store hopefully you will learn from my lesson. Don’t go here!

I desperately needed to get some new makeup. I looked like I just rolled out of bed and chose my clothes from my floor. I was greeted warmly and asked by a couple of associates what I was looking for. Gage approached me and was so helpful and informative. Gage patiently helped me try on product and demonstrated how they worked together and complimented each other. I ended up purchasing a few wonderful products and really appreciate the customer service and knowledge that Gage has. I am so happy with what I purchased and will be coming back!!!!!!

Extremely disappointed with the rude workers here. Went in as someone who’s never been in need of beauty supplies and for a delivery order, but the lady almost refused to help me locate items because “you need to find it yourself”. Not everyone is familiar with being in a new store, I was just asking for some guidance. Having worked in customer service, it isn’t hard to help each other out.

I have been using the Salon for five years. Maria is a GREAT stylist. Have also bought cosmetic & grooming holiday gifts for family às well. Surprise! I'm also a Dad!!!

This store has the most uncomfortable energy/vibe when you walk in. I don’t need to be asked 20 times if I need help, I’m grown & know what makeup I need. If I need help, I’ll ask……it’s almost as if they’re stalking customers around the entire store, it’s just too much. I’ve spent so much money here & about 10 years ago use to work here but it’s just completely gone down hill. From now on I’ll spend my money at a different store & would advise others to do the same😬

It was my first time ever entering this ulta. I don’t know where anything is. It gets very overwhelming
I asked for help and the lady at the front was rude and unwelcoming. I will never go into a ulta again.
If you want better service and welcoming workers I suggest going to Sephora down the road.

Today I was shopping at the Ulta store and was really impressed with the employees who helped me out. One young lady was really nice and helpful, and I am sorry to say that I did not get her name.
I talked to Sophia two different times, and she is particularly pleasant and efficient. It's fun to see her and deal with her.

Tiffany is my stylist and has been for years. I love her! She has helped me maintain my color through aging and medication changes, which has caused hair loss. Tiffany understands hair type, color theory, how to mix and apply color, when and how to apply glaze, and how to cut hair for the challenges her clients face with their hair status. Tiffany also has great product suggestions, but isn't pushy about making a sale. I always look forward to being in her chair, and always leave feeling like a million bucks!

Understaffed and poor service. The store never has the free gift incentives for Clinique purchases. Rarely do any of their coupons work on purchases, it seems everything I buy is excluded. Ridiculous! Ulta used to be a great experience, it's seriously deteriorated. I will only shop online now. In-store experience is awful & the staff are clueless.
